On the rare occurrence that I have a problem, they've always been quick to resolve it. I've used them for not only regular banking needs, but also for credit card, car loans, personal loans, and even life insurance. Though the past few years I don't need to come in as often (because of mobile banking), but when I do everyone is always friendly and professional. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Sadly, the customer service at the branch in NC was not to be found in the Ridgeland branch. I found a house that I was interested in purchasing, so I went to the bank. I was told to call a person in Beaufort who handled mortgage loans. I contacted the person and received less than personable service. That interaction and an unpleasant visit to the drive in tellers made the decision for me to close my account. (When your drive in speakers are not working, laughing at a customer is not the best reaction. When customers are waiting in line-put down your phone. Carrying on personal conversations with other tellers instead of paying attention to the transaction and customer in front of you is not good customer service). I found a very friendly, helpful bank which makes me feel appreciated as a customer-not an inconvenience.
