Julie was professional, responsive, and on top of everything throughout the entire transaction. Communication between lending and escrow was excellent, and whenever we needed an update or had a question, she was quick to respond and kept everything moving forward. As an Escrow Officer, I truly appreciate working with a lender who understands the importance of communication, timing, and teamwork. Having a lending partner who stays engaged and works closely with escrow makes such a difference in getting everyone to a smooth and successful closing. Julie and the Aragon Lending Team were wonderful to work with, and I would absolutely recommend them. I look forward to working together again on many more transactions! Thank you, Julie, for being such a great lending partner!

After talking with Seth, there was zero doubt in my mind this is the team I want to be a part of. The group has been outstanding from beginning to end with getting the second home loan. It feels incredibly personal and they are most definitely there to hold your hands and encourage you. I had a bit of a panic attack one day during the process and reached out to both Seth and Tiffany. They were able to bring me back down to Earth, reassure me, and bring me back to feeling excited. This was exactly what I needed. Short term rentals are still very new to me but if you need a team to get you through this, this group is the one. Cannot wait to continue to do work with them.

He spoke to me about some concerns about the deal to make sure I was aware, and I don't think any other lender would have done that because they would just want the deal. Can't thank them enough.

He literally made the whole process so simple and smooth but we know the behind the scenes he was the David to our Goliath of home buying. He makes it a point to work even when he is on "vacation." My grandmother and I needed some assistance recently from our former lender (big well known bank), and as much as the BIG BANK is great at 0% interest cards, they are TERRIBLE at home loans. I was desperate to close and we were going on 60 days with said BIG BANK and no appraisal yet. A family member suggested we use Residential Bancorp. My grandmother and I decided to pull our loan and take it to Danny's Team. Wow! I was impressed. The team returned phone calls the day I needed any information from them. They were fast, truthful and very courteous. What I love about Residential is that they have in-house processors, where as other major banks will have you dealing with automated 800 numbers. It is very hard to know what is going on with your loan on any given day when you are dealing with processors that sometimes take 48-72 hours just to return a simple phone call. Needless to say, we were extremely happy with the service at RESIDENTIAL. Try them! My grandmother and I are extremely satisfied! :)

Of course making the biggest purchase of a life time was not easy but Gina assured me everything will close on time and be ready to sign. She was right. Fast forward to now when rates started to drop. I had talked to Gina and asked her to let me know when she felt it was the right time to refinance. Noah messaged me a few weeks later and said they can save me on my monthly payment now and it would be a good time to refinance. Once again the stress to refinance was like buying a house all over again but my mind was put at ease with Gina's knowledge of what she was doing. It was not 100 percent stress free but it all worked out and my savings was over $650 a month. Well worth the stress. I would highly recommend Gina and Noah for your home purchase or refinance.
