So I finished my nine month contract with Faiqa in July 2022. I came across Faiqa on Yelp in September 2021 and was hesitant to contact her. Like everyone else, I read the comments and the ratings. I finally decided to reach out to her in October 2021. I was in a place where my Credit Score was in the low 500's. I knew I needed help and decided to reach out to her. When I did, I had lots of questions regarding her services, yelp reviews and what I was seeking. I am going to be very honest I was embarrassed to have such a low credit score and felt like I was a dog with its tail between its legs. Faiqa made me feel very comfortable, she answered my questions and never sugar coated anything. I agreed to me meet her and at that moment she explained the process and how it takes work on my part as well. Luckily, I walked in with a notebook and wrote down my first tasks. After our initial meeting, I would email her to arrange phone meetings upon completing what I called my tasks, or else how is she going to know I have completed my tasks. Initially, we had weekly phone meetings then our meetings were more spaced out depending on what I needed to carry out. I will say be prepared to write down what you need to carry out and keep track of them, this enables you to be able to track your progress when discussing it with Faiqa. If you can create a note book and keep all your documents together. Faiqa is professional, has lots of knowledge and her guidance is spot on. I started with a credit score in the low 500's and finished her program with Experian credit score of 731, Credit Karma Score of 808 and Equifax 711. Faiqa seems to really know her stuff. Referred by Carlos Machado (mortgage advisor), I was a victim of stolen mail (out of the P.O. mailbox!) that hurt my credit score tremendously. I'd written letters, have files of documentation but the reporting mortgage companies refused to budge. She suggested that I try once again to get a police report (2x prior the police would not take it but sent me back to the P.O.) Too soon to see if that finally reverts my score back to it's former high number, but the fact that she insisted I had a right to at least an incident report pushed me to try a 3rd time.
