Excellent customer service. I submitted their web form and got a call back in 20 minutes. Set a time for between 11:00-2:00. Starting at 11:00 received texts from them saying "we haven't forgotten you...". Tech (Jarmel Heggs) called to say he was 30 minutes away. Then another text from the company with Jarmel's photo and brief description of his services. He arrived at 2:25 and work (new gas line connection) was completed within 40 minutes. Called in to repair a leaking Basement utility faucet. Quoted 800$ asked for a breakdown of costs. reply was Advertising & diagnostic, no line item cost, like removal and installation labor, cost of replacement faucet etc.. did not mention any discounts(posted on line). no cutting or maneuvering in behind walls, space is totally open and accessible, fairly simple job which would be reasonable to expect an estimate of $300-$400! Had to ask the gentleman to leave, he complained about his 2 hour travel time and then threatened to put us on a list of do not service the address! We experienced an issue with a leaky shower and consequently scheduled an appointment with Len the Plumber for Saturday. We devoted the entire day to this matter, only to receive an automated call around 5 PM notifying us that the plumber would not be able to attend. As a direct result, we had to take a day off work and subsequently rescheduled the appointment. On that day, the initial plumber arrived and identified that the gasket was faulty. He advised us to procure the part independently and provided a total cost estimate of $470, which included an $80 discount for arranging the repair after the necessary parts were obtained. Following this guidance, we ordered the required components and set up another appointment with the company. The second plumber arrived to replace the gasket and subsequently charged us an additional $310 beyond the original estimate. My husband, unaware of this supplementary charge, settled the payment. Later that evening, upon discovering the situation, I contacted the company and left a message. The automated system assured me that someone would return my call; however, no response was ever received. I proceeded to call the number 1-800-950-4619. The operator informed me, rather coldly, that there was no record of my message and asserted that someone would return my call before abruptly disconnecting, which prevented me from voicing any further concerns. To this day, we have not received any communication from them. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend Len the Plumber due to their failure to honor their estimates, their practice of overcharging customers, and their inadequate customer service. Although they may have gained financially from our transaction, they will not receive any future business from me or any of my acquaintances. read more

The company responded quickly when called and fixed the problem (I think, I'm not a plumber). However, they grossly overcharged me. The company said it would price match a local competitor and after weeks of calling, finally made good. The original Len price to snake a clogged pipe was $816; after the price match, the cost was $99. read more

Please do not use Len The Plumber!!! I recently called them to fix our kitchen faucet. We used them for both our hot water heater and the faucet in the kids bathroom several years ago. To me, calling them seemed logical as we trusted them in the past. They came in and installed a glacier faucet: My husband shut the water off for the technician and I held the fixture while the technician installed. They then had to return the following day to turn on the hot water heater which had been turned off during installation. The next day, the hose in the faucet would not retract. I called customer service and did not hear from them for two weeks. Due to the lack of response, I disputed roughly half of the charge ($1,000). Which was then denied. The total for the service was $2,400 (after the $400 senior citizen discount). I feel I was robbed and as though I would have been treated (and charged) differently had my husband been the one to deal with this. read more

Had them come out to repair leaking PEX fittings. Quoted $2100 to my wife to replace less than 50 feet of PEX and replace brass couplers with stainless. The tech was on the job for less than 4 hours. Reviewed the invoice next day. Invoice had a single line item for the job, no breakdown of parts and labor. Called asking how they can justify charging this price for around $100 in parts and 4 hours labor. Was told by office manager they charge by "book" price and cannot change the price. Told them they lost a customer for taking advantage of my wife when we had a leak. read more

Asked for a quote to install a toilet. Keep in mind the old toilet was gone and I already had a replacement. To install a toilet flange and place the new toilet the quote I received was $1900. other companies quoted me 350-450. Total rip off would not recommen. read more

We had Len the plumber come out to on February 25, to start. They were supposed to come out on the 24th between 10 and noon. I had to call at noon and they had to reach out and we ended up rescheduling to the 25th didn't have anyone available. Then they came out on the 25th they did replace cold cap in the process. to call again for them to come out on March 8th for the same issue, but this time there was dirt and grime in the sink. They re-drained the sink and they charged $200. After the technician left the next day there is water under the sink, I called and spoke to a and they said nothing is under warranty and that there be another charge to come out to fix the leak that was not included in the cleaning, explain that there was a cap that was replaced and that's maybe where it's leaking from and they said that the technician worked there forever and they trust them and they're not trying to scam us, but it seems like a scam because they want to charge us again to come out to fix that. Nothing is covered under warranty. It seems like. For a first time customer had a horrible experience and will never use lend the plumber again. read more

These guys broke the valve on my toilet after doing work and didn't even bother to say anything. And what's a joke is they should have never taken my toilet off in the first place and used the outside access line to check my sewer line. They lied about there not being one to charge me $500 to take my toilet off and put it back on, breaking it in the process. You guys should be refunding that $500 and fixing my toilet valve for free read more

My brother and I had an issue with a situation of how Len the plumber charged my parents. They acknowledged procedures and protocols were not met. Their concerns and attentiveness are genuine and the calls and emails were prompt. They solved the problem quickly with apologies for the issue. I can not hold Len the plumber at fault due to a technicians mistakes. I would use len the plumber again due that they are willing to solve any problem or issue that comes along. STILL UNRESOLVED. Double charged me for the work and refused to resolve the issue. Len came out over a month ago to fix a fill valve on a toilet. They quoted $600+ which in of itself is absurd, but they sent a quote which we paid and scheduled a technician to come out. The first appointment they failed to show up for due to them not scheduling properly on their end. The second appointment the plumber shows up and preformed the work but said they needed to be paid still. I said it should have been taken care of but maybe it wasn't...so I paid again. 5 minutes after he leaves I confirm with my wife we did in fact pay already and I reached out to correct the issue. What has followed has been over a month of me calling, trying to get my money back. They said they mailed a check (before thanksgiving) which after two weeks I hadn't received. I called to see what the status was and they did not in fact send it. They gave excuses, started explaining an issue that had no relevance to my situation (claiming my bank closed an account which it clearly hadn't) and pushed that it was my fault for the check not arriving (???). Every time I call I get someone lower level who can't give me information. They leave messages and emails for those who can, but the accounting department, branch managers, office managers, anyone with information refuse to speak with me or return my calls. As of right now they have close to $700 of money they refuse to refund, they refuse communicate with me on the status of the issue. They have not given any semblance of professionalism, customer support, or even accountability for this issue. I will be leaving this review across all platforms and be seeking legal advice as to how I should proceed. Do not use this service if you require assistance plumber. read more

Was quoted a price of $700 to fix a pinhole leak on a 1/2 copper pipe. The 1/2" pipe was 12" long with a 3/4 inch tee that needed to get cut out and replaced. I felt I was over charged. If it wasn't the weekend I would have said no thanks and called a different plumber. The tech was there about 2 hours. He left to get a fitting that took him about 1 hour. So the total job was about 1 hour of labor and parts couldn't have been more than $50. I asked about a breakout of the bill for labor and parts and the tech said they don't show that on the bill. The total job should not have been more than $300-$350. Being a senior I felt like I was taken advantage of. I will call to discuss the charges. Not a happy camper!! read more

Had a clogged toilet and paid the up front price of $600 to have it snaked. Our technician explained something hard was blocking it so we needed a new toilet. He spent 20 min, couldn't fix the problem and we replaced the toilet ourselves to save some money. I don't think $600 was a fair price for 20 min of work. I don't recommend. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid almost $300 for a technician to come out and look at my toilet, and now it's day three and the issue still isn't fixed. To make matters worse, the service manager called me this morning not to offer a solution but to say they couldn't keep sending technicians out and that there was basically nothing more they could do. So now I'm left on my own, still with a broken toilet and no resolution. I feel completely dismissed and taken advantage of. EDITED: **No a manager did not reach out to me but the same technician who broke two pieces of my personal property did. And obviously I refused his offer to come back out and do another video because I would never let him or this business back on my property. The new video I had taken by another company showed NO DAMAGE AT ALL to my pipe. Len the Plumber was going to charge me $17,000 FOR NOTHING.** Original: I discovered I had a backup and needed ER service and they came right out. After the sewer inspection I was quoted 17K to fix my sewer due to tree branches and 9 ft of digging etc. The technician broke the panel that covers our water access and also unseated my toilet inside from the immense and rough "unclogging" of my drain. They said they had nothing to do with the toilet coming unattached from the floor. They ignored the comment about the access panel. I had 2 more plumbers come out who told me I was blatantly lied to. There were no tree branches and there was no 9 feet of digging, only 5. I called and spoke to 7 different people throughout a week asking for the copy of the video to submit to my insurance company as well as confirm what I was really being told. After being promised the video, day after day, by the 7th person I spoke to I was told the video doesn't exist and they don't give them to people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more
