I came in here while I was on vacation because my German Shepherd Rescue a flea allergy and her stomach was looking very red and angry. Upon arriving to the store, I was immediately helped by one of the employees. When I started explaining what I needed he introduced me to another employee that worked there that knew a bit more about medication's and such. The man that he took me to was incredibly helpful and very nice. He was able to show me the cream that I would need and said that they usually have a spray, but they are out. But the cream should do just as well. This man was correct because just a day later, her stomach started to show improvement. I was incredibly grateful for all the help that I had received at this establishment. They genuinely want to help you and it's nothing like the big box stores where you're just a dollar sign to them. I highly suggest this business. read more

This is the 2nd time shopping at this store. Sometimes as a pet owner we forget the essentials for our fur babies. This store has it all, they have a great selection of food, treats, accessories, and they even have a wash station. The prices are very reasonable, even better than some pet store in my home town. I recommend this pet store if you ever need anything while in Morro Bay or passing through. read more

Lemos Feed in Morro Bay consistently rises to the occasion each time I go in looking for an item. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Last week, I went in looking for a senior dog soft food as my dog is terminal. The male sales clerk waited patiently while I broke down and then composed myself while asking what soft food would be best. My doggy is not eating so would not eat it. I had purchased a case of them so called to see if I could return them. They said that I could. That same tall, handsome, blue-eyed young man helped me again today. You can not train employees to be compassionate and yet so many of the Lemos employees are. THANK YOU read more

So I bought two of the most expensive flea collars I have ever seen the Soresto, after the recommendation from one of the clerks. The things do NOT work. Then when I call the shop to ask about the return policy they tell me, "We cannot take the return because there are chemicals in it." Are. You. Kidding. Me. So here I am stuck with these stupidly expensive collars that are useless. Yes I followed the directions btw. I have tried nearly every natural product recommended from that store with no solution and I am over it. I am also over their prices. I think I am going to stick with Petsmart. While they tend to lack in the customer service experience as far as being helpful, at least their return policy and their prices make sense. read more

We came in after our dogs got covered in ticks on a hike. We were completely freaked out and horrified. The employees took care of us, got us into the dog wash and gave excellent advice. They put us into a much better frame of mind. By the time we went to bed last night we could only find dead or dying ticks. Thank you! read more

I had a fantastic experience at this pet store thanks to one of the employees, Steven who helped me choose the right food for my dog. He took the time to listen to my dog's needs, explain the differences between several brands, and recommend options that were both healthy and affordable. My dog is usually pretty picky, but he loves the new food and is eating much better now. I really appreciated how friendly, patient, and knowledgeable Steven was patient and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy the most expensive product. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help finding the best food for their pets. I would also like to mention Koby who paid special attention to my dog Bear. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I wish you guys were closer. Kudos to the owners. read more

Wonderful that they allow the Vip pet vet to come every two weeks to vaccinate dogs and cats. For first timers there is a 20% discount on the website. Cheaper than going to a regular vet and the level of care is the same and the price is much cheaper. I will be going to the 10/25 vaccination clinic. And yes, there is a licensed vet there. Love this pet store in Morro Bay, located conveniently right off the freeway yet still very close to downtown. They have everything you would ever need for your pet like treats, food, beds, toys, kennels, etc. My favorite thing about Lemos is the self washing stations for dogs that you could come in and pay for to wash your dogs on your own. We came here after a nice (and muddy) hike and was able to wash all three of our dogs in the self washing station. They give you shampoo/conditioner and a towel. The station also includes a nice enclosed area with a ramp, so the dogs can comfortably walk up into the watering station without having to jump up. There's even a nice blow drying machine that you can use to dry them off once you're done. My dogs had a great time and left feeling really fluffy and smelling amazing! I will continue to come back to this place time, and time again!! Thanks Lemos! read more

I love this place and the staff are all so friendly and helpful!! It's great to have such a nice quality pet supply place right here in Morro Bay. It's fairly small but they have a great selection and fair prices. Several times when they didn't have a product I was looking for they brainstormed ideas of what I might try or where to look. They've definitely earned my business! read more

Having worked in the Pet Industry for over 30 years it's hard to be wowed at this point. But you had me at "Hello" Lemos Feed with even the first phone call. Mike took my call and right out of the gate his product and Industry knowledge were exceptional. He patiently walked me through options leaning first towards natural solutions which I appreciate. I was previously a distributor for one of the products he suggested and his presentation was very clear and accurate (even though he did not know my connection) If I were a secret shopper (which I am not) , Mike would have received solid 10s across the board. Since I am only here for a short time he also gave me some very important regional safety tips for my dog. It's also so refreshing to not be a local yet be treated like one and that my business was valued. When first walking into the store I was wowed again by the outstanding merchandising. The lighting, product placement and selection were wonderful!!! And then more friendly customer service by Braeden (hope I got the name correct) who being extra cautious, offered to get Mike off his lunch break to verify the product he recommended. And here comes Mike happy to be of service. What a wonderful experience. I'll be back before I head home to do more shopping. And anyone reading this review, please support your independent businesses!!! read more

We always make an effort to stop by Lemos when in Morro! This trip we used their self service dog washing station after a long day at the beach. Workers were extremely accommodating, washing stations were very clean, and my pup left smelling nice and clean. $17 was well worth it. They even provided aprons to keep you dry and waterproof collars to borrow in case your pup is ready to jump out. Thank you Lemos!!! read more

My husband went in with our golden doodle to get poop sacks. The check out person asked if could give our dog a treat. My husband said that he could. Our dog wouldn't take any of the treats from him. So he sent them home with three samples of treats for our dog to try at home! Our fur baby loved them! We will be back to get them from Lemo's! read more

A seventeen doller self service dog wash by a dog beach is absolutely perfect. We came in and they immediately let us put Ro into a tub. There were little steps for her to climb up, which I thought was a really nice touch. We got the papaya and coconut shampoo and conditioner, which smelled so delicious. The water is both hot and cold, so you're not just bathing your pup in cold water like some dog washes. The dryers are also right next to the sink. They were nice and powerful. This dog was is definitely designed by people who are washing their dogs for efficiency. The actual store seemed very nice and clean. We were just giving our dog a bath. We did buy her a cookie on the way out! read more

We met some locals on the beach while we were having some fun times with our doggo and they suggested Lemos to get him cleaned up after! So thankful for the suggestion especially since we are on vacation and don't have to place to get him cleaned up at. Lemos is only a few minutes drive from the dog friendly beach. They have a self wash station for pets for $15. They provide the towel, the shampoo, the dryer, and of course, the washing station! You can take as much time as you like there. They also provide a water proof collar for your pet so you can leash them to the tub (so they don't randomly jump out.) For the shampoo, they have several choices to choose from too! So there has to be one that is a good fit for your doggo. The employee that helped me through the process was extremely helpful since it was our first time there! The dryer that they provided was super powerful so it got our little one dry in no time! Super happy with this place and would definitely recommend! read more

I rarely write reviews , but when I have an outstanding shopping experience, I do !!!! Lemos is the BEST ! I walk in and I am always greeted with knowledgeable and courteous employees. Everyone is very helpful , yet I do want to throw a special thank you to Mr. Steven Anderson. He has satisfied my puppies needs throughout the last several months. ( Again ALL employees are terrific) Kudos should also be given to Mr. Lemos himself. Keeping a staff , as excellent as he has , takes work and it shows. The product line is extensive (and prices in line with on-line shopping.) If there were 10 stars to be given , I would. When my talks talk , they DO say Lemos !!!! read more

So fun and convenient! Went to the beach with my dogs and this store was in the perfect distance for in need of a dog wash. I've never been here before, but I wanted to wash my dogs after having a beach day! It was so easy to wash both of my dogs at the dog wash station. The price was so reasonable and I recommend!!!!! The best Pet Supply store ever! Wide range of accessories, toys, food, treats, and extras!! I came in looking for treats and the staff was so helpful. They even have single frozen marrow bones ..perfect when you forget to bring one and have 8 back home. Reasonably priced and much of what I looked at was made in the U.S.A. oh and grab a lamb with bunny ears for Easter. A pleasant find on our way back to the hotel from the beach after the dogs rolled in some questionable finds. For $13 per doggo (which is a bit steep I dare say) you get unlimited water, one towel, one kind of shampoo, one towel and use of a blow dryer. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Fairly big pet supply store with a bunch of items we didn't get to look at because the pups were terrified of the dryers. Will keep this place in mind! read more

Highly recommend shopping here and giving your dogs a bath! Friendly customer service and extremely helpful!

I have some great memories of Lemos. I grew up on a ranch, and my family always used to get a lot of our animal supplies here. This is probably one of the few places where you can get your dog or cat spayed or neutered, fed, and accessorized all at once while buying hay, oats, and/or alfalfa for your cow or horse. I still associate Lemos with pig ears for our labrador, shots for our cats, chicken feed, and even a rat cage we once picked up for our rat, Tootsie, when I was little. The service never exactly quick, but the staff was always personable and knew all their regular customers by name. It's still a great place to get your house pet and basic farm animal supplies! read more

I live near Lemos but haven't had the chance (or reason) to go in until now. I'm glad I finally did! It's a super clean and organized store, and everything is easy to find. Lots of choices too. The cashier, Dennis, even helped me to my car by carrying the bag of bird seed I purchased without even asking -- I told him he didn't have to but he was more than willing. :) He was really friendly and even told me a little bit of the history of the business! I'll definitely be back! read more

Very friendly. We forgot dry dog food on our travels and the nice lady at the counter gave us a sample for the road. Thanks a bunch!

I have been a forever customer ! I am not sure I will go back. I was treated like a second class citizen . I stood there for 15 minutes with my dog and was ignored by an older man and a young man. I didn't even warrant a hello. I put my items back and will be driving to pet smart! They have lost my 200$ a month. read more

We take our little dogs here for a bath every couple of weeks using the self-service dog wash. It is so much easier than bending down over the bathtub and bathing them, and you can walk away and let someone else do the cleanup! Two suggestions; charge less for little dogs (I put both in the same tub and use only one bottle of shampoo) and have a frequent user card (buy 10 get one free). Otherwise we like this place. Nice people. Good service. Great products. read more

The two reasons I go to Lemos are the customer service and the higher quality dog food and treats. I am greeted the minute I walk into the door, I am asked if they can help me with anything, and they do there best to special order anything that chain stores don't carry. And if they can't get it, they do recommend where it can be purchased. I live out of town, so I stop in every time I visit. read more

We had our two dog's teeth cleaned at the Clinic today. What a wonderful value. Their teeth are very clean, and they did not have to be put to sleep. The Vet was amazing. Stopped here after a day at the beach to give our little one a bath. We love the self wash station. The store is well stocked, super clean and organized and the staff are helpful. We had stopped here shortly after their grand opening on our last visit to morro bay, at that time the self wash hadn't been open yet. So today we knew we were looking forward to being able to clean the sand and salt out of our dog's coat. I love that they offer the hypoallergenic shampoo as well. read more

Aside from all the helpful folks with regards to pet products, I have gotten my christmas trees here for years. This year, I got in late and the selection was a high mountain nobel fir--tall and skinny with sparse branches. But it turned out to be the best tree ever! VERY fresh, little needle drop, and the folks at Lemos cut it down to a size that would fit in my house. Great way to display all the ornaments.
