We could only take the 8pm for a 3-hour movie as they offer no refunds and refused to schedule a different day. The annoying part was the supervisor told my daughter we needed to come earlier so that does not happen again. Then why should we plan and buy tickets early if it's a free for all and the wrong doer gets preference because she was too weak to move them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Also try to not to be late!! Because things are tight, it'll be a hassle getting to your seat. It wasn't until i poked at someone else's shoulder and asked them if they had bought tickets for spiderman as well and everyone started to realize it was the wrong movie too. As I walked out of the movie theater I noticed the manager was right outside doing something and politely went up to her to let her know it was showing the wrong movie. As I let her know that she replied with a rude tone saying "Are you sure it's not the previews?" and we were explaining that it wasn't. as we were waiting outside, she hadn't even told anyone that the real movie was beginning, no updates or apologies, we had to go in ourselves when the movie was playing and miss some of the beginning. Then, in the middle of the movie, the lights had turned on and we ended up watching the movie with all the lights on, no refunds were asked, nothing was offered, and some people left in the middle of the movie because it was just so late. We went in at 9:50, and ended up leaving at 1:10 am.
