A lady in front of me thought it would be a good idea to record the movie on her cell phone. Must of been her first time as she was very obvious about it and didn't cover her screen. It only stopped when one of the employees came in. The concessions has your typical movie theater selections of popcorn, drinks and snacks. They even have a section to add flavors to your popcorn. I must add they seem a little stingy filling up containers as most places over fill them and your spilling popcorn all the way to your seat. That's not a problem here. Not sure if they're stingy or just don't want to clean up all the dropped popcorn. Overall a nice theater which seems to be going downhill. Could be the fees, could be the annoying clientele. Not sure.

We brought our concerns to the manager, Kaitlyn, and explained that our daughter is diabetic, which added to our concern about getting her a suitable meal promptly. Kaitlyn apologized but said she could not help us, including providing a partial comp, because her manager Tracey would not approve, My understanding of her explanation was that her manager would not support that accommodation. Finding hair in food and receiving multiple cold items warranted a meaningful response. We left having paid the full $52 and feeling that our concerns were not addressed. I'm sharing this experience to bring attention to the food quality, cleanliness, and management's handling of customer concerns. Also try to not to be late!! Because things are tight, it'll be a hassle getting to your seat. A Minute later he came back with a Rolled Resident Evil Poster. He gave it to my Grandson. We were stunned at this big act of Kindness. We thanked Mr. Myers and went in to enjoy the Movie. Like filthy dirty. Also, the soap was out and the paper towel dispenser is not accessible in wheel chair. Theater 10's projector was very dark so some scenes in our movie were nearly unwatchable. Sound mix was great though! Nothing so loud that it was painful, even in a movie with lots of explosions. I hope in the future there will be showings of movies with closed captioning on the movie screen that aren't just foreign language films.

Finally she said "I'll be right with you." Then when she was off and I told her we just need to scan the code, she was like, "ohh!! Of course!!" Then said that we could have used the kiosks way on the other side behind the ticket purchase are. There's just no clear path for check in options and if they are going to pay someone to stand there, put up a sign please! The concession stand was stocked and no line. $38 for a large popcorn and 2 large sodas. Damn. But that's life right? Popcorn was fresh, free extra plates and cups, free butter and jalapeños. And soda was the large pick your flavor Coke machines. Our day tickets were $10, plus a $2 fee per ticket. *rolls eyes* but could I have purchased them at the theater without a convenience fee, I'm still not sure. They have lots of bathrooms. Staff is willing to help you find your seats and move others if they are not abiding to the seat rules (you pay for a seat and sit where you paid), when you can find staff. The seats are weird and were a bit hard for my 3 year old to sit in. But the cup holders in between go up, so I was able to put that up and hold my leg against her chair to keep it from folding up on her. I'm griping more about how much theaters have changed than Maya itself. All the staff we interacted with were nice enough and the place was clean, restrooms stocked. Bonus it's close to home. We will be back for Moana 2. :)
