However, not…read moreeven the heat was able to stop them from doing what they do or prevent me from giving them a 5 star rating. If I could, I'd give them a million plus stars !!! First of all, their professionalism and mannerism is a Class A Act, and Chef Brian and his staff were extremely attentive to the guest and detail. The food was so artfully presented, simply mouthwatering, and some of the best that I've ever tasted in all of my 70 years!!! All of the guest in attendance left asking the same question ... "WHO IS THAT CHEF !!!" If you are planning an event, it is my suggestion that you adjust your calendar to fit Chef Brian's schedule. Heavenly Eats, without a doubt, has set the bar high!!!

Only 2 ladies serving who were very good but seemed a little overwhelmed by the time the small dining area filled up (they could use an extra runner for busy nights to help). The risotto balls and caprese salad appetizers were out of this world. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly, the pasta dish with sausage & bell peppers was very good. My end of the table : 2 ordered linguini (1 subbed penne) w/clams & 1 ordered of chicken Sorrentino. The chicken dish was very tasty, clams were very good too-tender & no grit. However, the "sauces" that each dish came with were literally just bland broth, no flavor, like the just poured low sodium broth on top of pasta. Hopefully their chef beefs up the sauces a little bit, they shouldn't be watery & tasteless. Everything else was delicious so not much to complain about, but they definitely need to fix the sauce situation (although the tomato sauce with risotto balls was out of this world).

I am completely over the moon for the wedding catering that my friend had by this small local…read morebusiness. Everything was absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. Very much worth the wait, and they were so friendly. So delicious the entire wedding party and guests went back for seconds, and felt completely satisfied. The only gripe I have is that I'm not local to the east coast, so I'm limited to only possibly having when I'm visiting! Boo! Meat Line Up: -Pork ribs: literally falling off the bone and delicious! -Chicken: so moist and the chicken skin was crispy. -Homemade Sausage: absolutely divine and could tell it was made with love and care. -Two types of brisket: I've had my share of brisket, and I am not easily impressed. I am a fan of the fattier cut, and IT WAS SO DELICIOUS IT REQUIRES ALL CAPS! Very moist and can tell it was cooked with care. Sides: -Asiago, cheddar and peppercorn Mac and Cheese: This was by far the winner of the dinner for me! The cheese combination was scrumptious and required a second trip to the food table! -Red bliss potato salad: amazing! Can't go wrong with a potato salad and this one had a great slight tang to it. -Baked Beans: a classic and they have a good recipe! -Cornbread: so moist and amazing! -Homemade Pickled Onion: I personally have a onion intolerance, but a friend said they were absolutely amazing! Perfect vinegar flavor and complimented the food. Sauces: -Sweet BBQ sauce: delicious and perfect on the ribs and brisket. -Golden Mustard Sauce: try with the homemade sausage! -Vinegar Pepper Base: the perfect addition to the chicken.
