Honestly, I felt extremely uncomfortable when I went to get my hair done here. Soley for the fact that as I was in the chair, I heard the other employees openly negatively talking about their customers right after they left. Not to mention, I went for a full head of color, and they only did my roots, despite me asking twice to make sure they do the whole head. I was seriously taken aback by the lack of professionalism or like, human decency. This was a few months ago so hoping maybe this has changed. read more

When I got my haircut I said I wanted it just below the chin. She asked if I wanted it layered I said no I want it all one length. So she has me put my head down and she starts cutting when she tells me to lift my head it's just below the ears and it's layered in the front exactly what I said no to. I got a haircut a few days ago and i like the haircut but I don't like the way the hair stylist handled my curly hair. You're not supposed to cut curly hair wet because of shrinkage you can cut it dry but i said you can cut it wet a little bit but she was really rough with my hair and brushing it through with her fingers she could've cut it like that but she decided to brush it all but the hair looks good except for the fact that one side of it is longer then the other side i know that everyone who works at the hair salon knows how to do hair but need more experience with curly hair read more

Went there a couple weeks ago to do a perm. The woman that did it did not seem very enthusiastic about doing it. She let the rods only sit in for 10 minutes, and I made it very clear my hair is stubborn with the curls sometimes. I asked her if she was sure it was done and she sarcastically said no, and was confident it was done. It was not done, it was not curly and the only curls that were there were from the last perm. She also had an issue with me scratching my head. Had to get it redone at another place, and asked for a refund here and the owner was very reluctant to give me one. read more

Three hours in the chair just to get my roots completely messed up. I wanted my roots fixed and explained that I get blonde highlights pretty consistently. Unfortunately my roots were crooked which is why I made the appointment. Big mistake!!!! My roots are orange and I wasted my whole morning. The employees tried to make me feel as if it was my fault for not telling them I have highlights when I specifically told the hairdresser I get highlights. I almost started crying in the chair. They even said "oh well we can listen to the audio" when I mentioned what I said over the phone. They must have a lot of issues if they know to record their phone calls!! The girl who did my hair was also using a dirty brush that she used with the girl before me and "justice" brand detangler which is most likely from Claire's. Avoid this place!!!!!! Got my hair trimmed here while visiting in-laws. The only place I know of that doesn't charge $20+ for a TRIM, even though my hair is long. They also have coupons for their services & are better than any Supercuts or mega-chain. Place is okay if you go for something easy and simple. They don't know how to do designs. I would NOT recommend for ladies wanting an undercut- they don't know what that is and they usually rush through so the quality of the haircut is very poor. Service is alright, most of the ladies complain about their personal lives, health and other customers. Environment isn't so fun and towards the end of the haircut they start to get an attitude so they can finish with you faster, I'm assuming that's why. I would not go back unless it's something easy like cutting the split ends. Don't get your undercut haircut here. read more

This is the picture I posted when Gerrilyn fucked my hair up last year and some how it got deleted lol so I guess ill keep posting ‍ Ill forever bash this place for chopping my beautiful hair not to mention UNEVEN at that. The only thing that was offered to me was the owner (Anthony) cutting my hair "little by little" to make it even in which I declined, can you blame me? They didn't offer money back to me or anything. I brought my 3 year old son for haircut here for first time, I was also going to get my hair cut and beard trimmed. Guess what? I didn't. The hair dresser that cut his hair did great job, however the hair dresser on the first chair, her name is Denise, is very very rude and mean person. My son wanted me to stay near him, like many other 3 year olds when getting hair cuts would want their parents next to them, and Denise rudely and loudly told me to move, said "move, you gotta move out the way, I have people coming through". She said yelling at me twice. First of all, be nice. Second, understand the situation and she's supposed to be a professional not some low level rude person as she's at work and supposed to deal with customers. I brought my 12 year old daughter here . She's been upset lately at the way her hair looks( dry , frizzy, dark blue temporary hair dye that was looking horrible). When we arrived my daughter didn't know what she wanted to get done to her hair. Her hair dresser was Jillian and she suggested taking out the color and seeing how it looks. Well she took out the blue dye, gave her a hair trim, and blow dried her hair out straight and a couple of passes of a straightener iron. Kris is the best!!!. I went in for a haircut. I had gone to Kris once before and loved the haircut I got from her. We started talking about highlights and I decided to have them done also. She answered any questions I had and kept reassuring me that she had plenty of time. Even when she got a little busy, she was able to manage several clients at one time, giving each of us her full attention. The color of my highlights is exactly what I wanted. I have dark brown (dyed) hair and anytime I had gotten highlights at an "upscale" salon, they turned orange. Not with Kris. They came out a beautiful light brown/ash blonde color. And the haircut is so cute. She had to fix my "pandemic" self cut, and she did a great job. And she is so nice and funny and easy to talk to and never makes you feel rushed.
