The total cost was $6900 for a six day cruise and because I wanted a premium cabin the required $3000 up front which I paid with my visa. Unfortunately, due to health issues and financial conditions, I was forced to cancel. According to their confirmation letter, if cancelled more than 90 days from the sailing date, there was a cancellation fee. Closer than 90 days it was non-refundable. I was informed that my $3000 was a "deposit" and is non-refundable ! The sailing date is almost a full year away ! I feel I have been SCAMMED ! and I'm out $3K. Do not do business with this company
