This location was closest to our home. Safelite didn't call us for 3 days, so I called them. It turned out that our insurance company gave them the wrong phone number for us and that's why we didn't hear from them. You would think Safelite would've called my insurance company to get the correct number, but they didn't. They did come out the next morning and did the reinstallation. The tech was nice and polite. I did want to say that we have not had any problems with the replacement windshield. Enough time and rain have gone by, and there have been no problems since. We would call them back if it happened again.

Just a few months after the installation, the glass unexpectedly shattered while the vehicle was simply parked in a covered parking garage! The vehicle was parked, nobody was touching it, and there had been no accidents or impacts. Yet the rear glass shattered for no apparent reason. This raises serious concerns about the quality of the glass and whether it was installed correctly. When I initially hired this company, they assured me that both the glass and the installation were covered by a warranty. However, when I contacted them to request a warranty replacement, the problems began. The employees answer the phone, but instead of properly addressing the issue and honoring their warranty, they seem to be doing everything possible to avoid replacing the defective glass at no cost. What is most frustrating is that this company promises a warranty before taking your money, but when something actually goes wrong, customers are left fighting to get those promises honored! I paid for quality glass and professional installation, expecting reliability and peace of mind. Instead, the rear glass shattered while my vehicle was parked, and the company has been reluctant to resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of their service and their treatment of customers. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their vehicles. I got there at 1:30 PM and waited over THREE HOURS, only to then be told it was actually "first come, first serve" -- something never mentioned on the phone. When they finally worked on my car, the employee didn't even read the order correctly and started working on the wrong window, which resulted in my windshield being cracked. Then after installing the new motor, the window controls worked backwards -- pressing down makes it go up and pressing up makes it go down. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed the part instead of their installation. To make things worse, Mirka/Mirta was disrespectful and unprofessional when I was understandably upset. Wasted hours of my time, damaged my car, and handled the situation terribly. I would not trust this shop with your vehicle.
