I was assigned to Nora, the owner of Sierra Sunrise Wellness Center and when I say she changed my life, I am not exaggerating. She created a safe space for me and helped me remember who I was before I was a mom and who I could still be. It took time and it took effort but she showed me the way and she helped me put together a sort of toolbox for the next pregnancy/postpartum period. Her space is warm and welcoming and her sweet old doggo Rolo is the best snoring snuggler to keep me grounded during sessions.
