She wanted us to accept the seller paying to fix everything, i.e. pay the cheapest contractor without caring about the quality of the work. We almost let it happen too. After a bunch of back and forth with the sellers nickel and diming everything, I got fed up, spoke with my husband, and we decided this would be our final negotiation with them, take it or leave it--no contractors, no fixing things themselves, $30,000 off or we walk. All Stephanie did was drive us to houses we saw on Zillow and draw up the paperwork. Use her at your own risk. I'll be steering clear of any company she's a part of.
