Dr. Kosches is a funny, gentle, and patient individual who explains everything clearly. I caught a HORRIBLE parasite, and he was able to identify it. Everybody was welcoming & friendly, starting with the receptionist, who never lost her smile nor her composure despite having to deal with several patients and the phone at the same time. Dr. Goldstein was also welcoming, she was patient and friendly, yet very professional. She took all the time I needed to explain my condition, which made me feel she really cared. I felt appreciated, which is so important to a patient when you're sick and looking for answers. I left the office feeling better emotionally speaking, hopeful and specially grateful.
