Jay, who performed the survey, was on time and was very patient in listening to my concerns and answering my questions. He had the job done in about an hour and provided a tour of where the boundary lines were. He encountered a situation with someone that could have easily escalated but his great 'people skills' prevented anything from happening. I can't say enough about EDM, their services, or their employees. Tyler and Jay are the definition of what 'true-professionals' are and I consider them both as assets to the company. Updated: After almost a year from the start of our problem, Brian from the Irontown warranty…read moredepartment reached out to me and agreed to send someone to diagnose our issue with the leaking shower. They agreed that this was a problem that needed to be fixed, and that they would warranty it. Within a month two Irontown people came down, demolished the part of the shower where the leak was, made some modifications, installed a new section of shower pan, retiled the area and replaced the damaged baseboard next to the shower. They did a great job with the repair and I expect that this resolved the issue.

My project came with many issues including added costs, delays, and poor craftsmanship. I've submitted a warranty claim with little success.
