Examples- what is on food labels that is bad, what to look for that is good, etc. I drove an hour to see her & will continue to do so. I will say she was very quick with her appointment, but I am not complaining at all. She's been doing these wellness visits for a long time & knows what's normal vs what's abnormal. She seemed like just more of a fast-paced person- my husband and I didn't take it personally & didn't feel rushed at all. We got a ton of great quality information in a short time. Also, the office staff was awesome. I spoke to them a few times on the phone prior to the visit & the staff was so nice when I was there in person today. If you're looking for a doctor that is looking to help keep your kids healthy & looking for alternative medicines other than *only using western medicine (or a combo of western + natural) Dr. Caso might be a really good fit for you. 5/5.

I want more wholistic care for my baby. I came with a lot of questions as we are going through some health needs with her and I have had concerns about the conventional treatments. Dr. Caso wouldn't let me finish a sentence! She decided she knew what I was going to say before I said it and wasted our appointment telling me everything I already knew and never addressing the things I didn't know. Dr. Caso has an alternate vaccine schedule but was completely unwilling to talk about why. When asked specific questions she "didn't have time to discuss conspiracy theories" but neither was she willing to discuss her concerns and what she is seeing that causes her to believe an alternate plan is necessary, or how the one that she follows is better and solves the perceived issue. I would like to know why she is doing what she is doing. Show me that your way is better! What articles can I read that educate me on your point of view? What information is out there that gives me confidence that this is best? I expect scientific information and a doctor that has come up with her own plan better have a good reason and should be ready to discuss it. I don't need a conclusion, I need the science that is behind her method. I think that is a reasonable request. She was also very rough with my daughter. She grabbed her and started poking around her privates without ever looking at her, speaking to her, making her feel safe. It was very aggressive and uncalled for. An exam was necessary, that treatment was not! She man handled my daughter and is the first person my baby ever cried for! I also do not appreciate that the scale is in the hallway and I had to carry my daughter naked in front of 3 teenage boys and a full waiting room. Not acceptable. She may be a baby but she is a person and deserves some dignity. The whole experience was very negative. I nursed her in the car because I could not get out of that office fast enough. I will go back to my conventional doctor that cares about my daughter, is kind to her, and treats her with dignity and respect. She will take the time to answer my questions the best she can and I will keep doing my own research. So very disappointed.

They do require your insurance information over the phone before your first visit, which I did not have with me; they still scheduled the appointment and I called them with the information later. Plenty of parking and the offices seemed very clean and modern. I saw Dr. Baker, she was personable and efficient. She performed my care without any problems and filled out a script to my pharmacy electronically. I would recommend her if anyone else has a problem with an ingrown toenail. The office's website provides a lot of information about the services they provide, and new patient forms are downloadable so that you can have them completed prior to arriving at your first appointment. I will be seeing a different physician for follow-up next week, which they notified me about while making the follow-up appointment. FYI I used the google maps on my iPhone which ended up placing me a couple of blocks short of the office, a quick phone call to the office gave me directions right there.

He always treats our concerns seriously and brings resolution. The PAs are very adept and experienced in caring for each patient with skill and knowledge. The most comforting aspect is their determining what follow-up care is needed, even for some serious conditions that our family and friends have experienced. The office is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated for a peaceful feel. The staff is efficient and attentive, giving confidence that our concerns will be answered and attended to in a timely manner.

I ask for help..... "we don't do that, you need to call your insurance company" You also sign a form that basically says if they bill wrong you pay. I have the hospital app on my phone, so I checked in prior to going into the building , by doing that you receive a barcode that you can scan at the kiosk to let them Know your there for your appointment, which is much easier then filling everything out on the kiosk. I had to have some CT scan images of a couple areas Of my body, I was called in by technician Angela, who was so kind and caring.
