Our son is well taken care of, much better than we could do on our own. The staff is attentive and compassionate. Kim has always been very responsive to our concerns and any issues that arose were promptly resolved. We also got our life back from incessant caregiving and cleanup. For example, a resident who had spilled ice cream all over the front of his shirt in the main room was left in that shirt for at least two hours. If they thought his family was coming to visit I'm sure they would have changed his shirt before they arrived. It is an uncaring place degrading place. My friend has tried many times to reach out to staff with no response. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
