I could not believe how great this spot was from decor to service to the food. Walking in it is absolutely beautiful, we chose a table, got a couple drinks that were all good from sake to a spicy margarita. Then we ordered what felt like a silly amount of food, but we were hungry. The waiter somehow remembered it all without writingit down and then coursed it perfectly. We started with the Otoro tartare and that was just about as splendid as anything comes. Then we followed that up with sashimi and just course and course of nigiri and sushi rolls. Every piece was epically amazing and every drink we had was stellar. I must say you cannot have too much otoro here! The otoro just blew our mind from a price and taste perspective. The dessert also was just so good - we had this matcha cake that again was warm and perfectly prepared. I couldn't believe how good it was. (Typically, I would stay away from a 1-only review, but treated each photo as a review - hence counted as 11 reviews!) This place is legendary. Very elegant and classy atmosphere, with service exceeding 5 stars. We chose a fish right off the ice display and had half done sushi/sashimi and the other half grilled. You can feel the magic poured in each dish by the chef - just pleasantly stunning! Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Totally.
