Lea (Leslie) Troup did it again! For the second time, she made real estate magic happen for us…read more After purchasing a home several years ago with Leas' help, we decided Delaware needs to be our forever place and found our dream home. To say that the end of 2024 was a challenging time in real estate is an understatement. It was going to take a seasoned professional to help us not only sell our condo but also buy this beautiful home. With her expertise in the market and intuitive skills we listed our current home and made an offer on our future home by highlighting qualities that truly made both offerings extremely attractive and stand out. It worked! Both sale and purchase were on the road to completion. This next phase of the process is also daunting; Lea went above and beyond, keeping us informed and coaching as decisions were needed. With her extensive knowledge and a toolbox full of good ideas we quickly satisfied issues that came up. I genuinely do not think anyone else could have navigated us to the trouble-free closings of our very intricate 'sell' and 'buy'. Thanks to Lea, we settled on our sale and purchase on the same day! Lea is the personification of what a real estate professional should be. She is also kind, funny, and personable with unparalleled integrity. We have found our forever home and a friend for life With utmost gratitude --- THANK YOU LEA!!!

What would we do without Mechelle? My husband and I asked that question dozens of times…read more She knew the area. Ok, lots of realtors do. She connected us with trusted advisors, contractors, resources. Sure, many realtors do that. The Mechelle difference? She face-timed us from 2,000 miles away giving us the inside info before we flew out. She consoled us when our dream house went under contract to someone else. She rejoiced with us when it fell through and helped us get our offer in within minutes. She counseled us on the multitude of potential landmines. She celebrated with us on the ultimate sale of our next home. So, she got paid, we are happy, and that's that right? Nope, even after closing we got a text message "Hey, it is going to be 28 degrees here tonight, would you like me to check on your house and make sure the heat is on?" Who does that? Who continues to work after they've been paid? By the way, the heat was not on - Mechelle saved us a fortune in potentially frozen pipes and flooding. If you want someone who truly cares about your hopes, dreams, wants, needs and future, well there is no one I'd recommend more strongly than Mechelle.

Best Realtor EVER!!!…read more Thanks to Judy Rhodes, I found my dream vacation/retirement home! Judy was professional, diligent and extremely patient with me while she showed me over a dozen homes this past summer. I had looked last season as well and just couldn't find the "right place for me." After taking me all over the region and pointing out all the things that a buyer might miss, (cracks, water stain issues and a multitude of other things I would not have noticed), I finally found the place that was beyond my dreams. Throughout all the steps of purchasing and negotiation, Judy was my representative and coach. She let me know tactfully that I may not have considered an issue that was key to my side of a sensitive monetary negotiation issue. Otherwise, I may have walked away from the home of my dreams. I would highly recommend Judy and Skip for all my real estate needs. Their offices have critical contacts with leaders in the community and within real estate industry and are able to make things happen quickly and competently. Also, when the seller's agent was ocassionally "less than cooperative" in properly representing an issue to the seller, Judy had to work twice as hard to communicate and convey important approaches to making sure the deal was a success! This was a challenging time for me and Judy held my hand throughout the entire process until I received the keys to my new home. I can't say enough about how please and happy I am to have had such an amazing agent on my side of the table! Don't bother with amateurs, go with Judy and Skip for a successful experience in home buying/selling! M. Strong
