Called office, girl says they are having trouble getting price on one part from vendor (she hinted at blaming Covid for parts issues- 6 years later? ) and that I should receive estimates (on the three different style railings) within the week. Sent a follow up email a week later- no return communication. This is now May 11, and absolutely NO word from anyone at the company. This is extremely poor customer service. If they couldn't fulfill the estimate on the one style railing, at least provide estimates on the other two that I was interested in. But NO communication whatsoever is unacceptable. If they weren't interested or could not provide the work, a return call or email would have been the considerate thing to do. Would not recommend Eads Fencing to anyone after this very disappointing interaction with them...estimator, office staff, and whoever monitors their website email all get an F in customer service.
