My 112-year-old chimney was in bad shape. At the recommendation of another contractor doing…read moreunrelated work on my home, I called Best Cincinnati Chimney to repair it. From my first call to BCC to get an estimate for the work to the final day when my beautiful, functional and safe rebuilt chimney was completed, every interaction with Best Cincinnati Chimney was outstanding. The office staff, the workmen and especially the company owner, Chuck Caine, answered all of my questions regarding the rebuild work cheerfully and on point. The cost ws reasonable. BCC's safety practices are top notch. The craftsmanship of the completed chimney is second to none which assures me that the chimney will be trouble-free for a long time to come. Without hesitation, I fully recommend Best Cincinnati Chimney for anyone's chimney needs. Steve S., Pleasant Ridge

awfully ran place, the boss Dillon would rather choose people who drink on the job and cause damage…read moreto other peoples property than people who consistently do their job and work hard. Also not to mention, he gives the people who drink on the job a raise and the people that try to inform him of the drinking get their pay decreased. Do not have these people work for you if you care about your home / business. Dillon does absolutely nothing except cut your hours, pay and totally exempts the labor his employees give to him. All of his trucks are worked on BY EMPLOYEES for him , that goes for everything else. He also terminates his long-term employees through a text message , which is totally unprofessional and goes to show that you are nothing but a number to them. I highly recommend that if you are applying for a job here, start looking at other landscaping businesses because this is not company with a good reputation. Also to add on to the stupidity this company has ; after a SD1 gate got hit by a person DRINKING on the job, he notified all of his employees that he scheduled them to take a DOT drug test. when the origin of the problem was alcohol related, aswell as he has found multiple shot bottles in the work trucks after the shifts end. Like i said, if you know your worth as an employee, do not make this your place of work. And as a customer, if you want effort put into your landscaping / lawncare, i would suggest hiring a different company such as AA lawncare.

Nothing says "good morning" like a belt sander grinding outside your bedroom wall. Fortunately,…read moreAmerican Façade makes construction as tolerable as possible. My landlord hired American Façade to rehabilitate the exterior of the 140 year old building I live in. To the naked eye, the brickwork is in great antique condition, but the restoration company saw some weaknesses in the structure. For two weeks, they toiled away grinding, patching, and sealing up two façades. What's more impressive, during the two weeks temperatures teetered between 95º and 104º, plus the workers were suspended from a rooftop lift (like window washers.) Late one afternoon, I hear a rapping at my window. The contractor wanted to chat. Since I was one of the few tenants home at the time, he asked if I noticed any water damage around the exterior walls. So far, we've been dry through typhoon season, but I pointed out places that may have presented a problem before we moved in. I also asked if they could check out a window that was stuck. "Sure! No problem," the man replied. As noisy as masonry work can be, American Façade does a thorough job and communicated well with both residents and the landlord. Plus they went the extra mile for my window.

Sadly, no. Insult to injury, after 17 weeks, they are still on the same end of the same side of the building; To put this into perspective, a total of six apartments are on this side of the building. They might do good work as I cannot notice anything to the naked eye but at 17 weeks and no end in sight, no thank you. Update: Twenty weeks and still not finished.
