Don and Denise are top notch. We had a pool installed this summer and they were able to work around the other companies schedule. They installed a beautiful KY 3 board fence with a self latching gate. Three employees took two days to install the fence, showed up in the morning and worked all day. The employees were not only hard working but super nice guys. The finished fence is exactly what we were looking for. We had three quotes on the same fencing and Don was right in line with others but offered larger, better quality posts for the same price. Don and Denise are not only great at what they do but they are wonderful people. I did not know them before I called about a fence but through the process they were so kind, offered advice and showed concern and advice on other projects in the yard. Don did an estimate at my sister's home to install aluminum and Privacy Fencing around three sides of the house on Thursday 12/3. The home is located in Covington, Kentucky. My sister's home is between two houses which are in need of extensive repair. My sister's home has been renovated. Don sent an estimate for the fencing project. But I asked for revisions. I had to text him a couple of times because I had not received the revisions, yet. Then I called him to see if he received my texts. He said "yes" but had been busy and his truck had broken down. Then he stated he would send me the revised estimate that evening. As of this date, he has not. I believe it was due to the Covington area and his decision not to do the work. So I guess you could say it was a waste of my time and as well as his to do the estimate in the first place. I think this was not good business practices. I wish the best of luck to anyone else who calls this service for an estimate. read more

I'm extremely pleased that I chose Double D to install my fence. Don, the owner, is very friendly, easy to work with and professional. I hired them to install a wood privacy fence in my yard. I had some specific needs for my fence outside the normal fence install, notably having part of the fence installed around the outside edge of my deck to eliminate the possibility of my dog from jumping the rail and for some privacy from the street on that side of my lot. Don had great suggestions and a good plan for how to install the fence the way I wanted it. When it came time to install the fence his staff members came out with Don and we discussed the final plans just to make sure everything was the way I expected and wanted. Then they got started right away. His staff members were very friendly, professional, worked quickly and did high quality work. They also left the job site clean when they were done. Overall, Double D's price was very good (less than I expected), the quality of work was exceptional and they were more than happy to meet my needs regarding the fence I wanted.
