Fun ride, shitty line...
Technic coaster is probably the only ride that your older kids will truly enjoy. The coaster has a nice initial dip followed by a lot of switchbacks and small dips. All this while the smell of Pizza from the all-you-can-eat restaurant underneath fills the air during your ride.
The queue line, while seemingly small at two winding rows might actually be a 30 minute wait. Again, for all of the "Block Engineering" that Lego is known for, their ride design and line engineering is terrible. Between this ride and the Coastersaurus the line is horrendously slow. But if you are here on a weekend or summer the issue is exacerbated when they sell VIP and Queue cutter devices. Legoland isn't the first park to have a reservation / VIP line. However, this ride comes to a complete crawl behind the never stopping, always cutting VIP line.
Tip
Duh, but either make this ride the first or last ride of the day. We came on a weekday before close and there was no waiting.
Note -
There are some dips on this ride and a lot of non-banked aggressive turns that might cause issues with your neck/back if you have problems in those areas. read more
