Before I write my own personal experience, I'd like to say that they are great at doing fades. Their work ethic is not something I'm going to criticize because they are exceptionally well, however the reason why I'm giving it 3 stars is because it was my first time ever going to a barber shop. I went there having a photo referral of exactly what I had in mind. I didn't want a haircut that was too short and I did not want a skin fade. I wanted my top hair to be parted and kept long and only wanted a low fade undercut exactly how the image was shown. When I showed the barber my referral picture I told him it was my first time and wish to have it exact or somewhat exact to the image I shown to him. He responded saying he "got me" and after 20 min in the haircut I was turned to look at the mirror and noticed that he gave me a great haircut... just not the haircut I asked for. The fades to me made me feel like I was bald on both sides of my hair. And he did leave my hair somewhat long on top, but he didn't part it and do the line to separate the parting, instead he buzzed my right side and left my bang parted to the left... I was disappointed because I did not get the haircut I wanted and as a newbie to the barbershop and going to a barber in general, it left me feeling so bad to the point where I don't even want to come back for a redemption haircut. I think this barbershop is not for me, but for others I say give it a try. I'll stick to my usual self-served haircut with my own clippers :/ that's what I get for trusting a barber for my first time and not keeping an eye on his work. $20 buck not really well spent since I didn't get the ideal haircut I asked for read more
