Not sure what his duties are as a customer service greeter. It's a nice store but has a lot of weak links. I am more concerned as a customer to get in a store and checkout my items than be slowed down at the front door. Other than that the store is awesome.

TSC is a store that has something for everyone that owns a house, raises some type of animals, has a garden, has a job and needs work clothes, owns a vehicle, needs shoes or boots, has a yard, wants to do something with landscaping, has a pet, needs a trailer, uses tools, and of course is a farmer or tractor owner. I have been shopping at TSC as a chain for decades and have stopped at this location several times over the years. Their parking lot is large, well lit, and clean. The store is organized in a logical fashion and has always been well stocked. Their employees are friendly, attentive, and appear to be pretty knowledgable. My trip today was pretty simple, get a new gun for my power washer and pick up some new work gloves. I was in and out in around ten minutes and was quickly on my way. No problem recommending this chain or this location to anyone.
