I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex, and a big reason why is the amazing staff. Ryan and Lindsey have been incredibly helpful and kind since the day we moved in. They are always welcoming, responsive, and genuinely care about residents, which makes a huge difference when choosing a place to call home. I also want to give a shoutout to the maintenance team -- they are always quick to respond to requests and are consistently friendly and professional. It's reassuring to know that if something needs to be fixed, it's handled promptly and with a great attitude. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live, and I truly appreciate the people who help make it such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and friendly place to live! read more

The office manager is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the business and processes of the community. The company is also highly motivated to meet the needs and expectations of the tenants. Everything is maintained clean and organized with professional employees who value your time and opinion. I highly recommend you check them out for a better experience of living in a neighborhood that cares. read more

First off I am not someone who had a terrible experience and have vowed to destroy someone's reputation. I'm a single dad, working hard and trying to raise teenage boys. I have lived in several apt complexes in my life and this is my absolute objective (as possible) review of "Legends at Laurel Canyon" When I was looking for a place this was close to work. It was clean, gated and had nice amenities. Those are the highlights. I'll go through the amenities: Club House: it's nice and clean but don't leave it a mess like my sons did once. It was embarrassing. They made some hot coco/ coffee and left it a bit of a mess. Not frat party or anything just not how I or management expects. They fined me $50 bucks. I was embarrassed and thought maybe they had "destroyed" the place. Well they left packets of sugar, hot coco etc on the counter. Ok that's it?? I called and apologized and the lady said it would cost $1500 dollars to hire cleaners??? I was pissed (At my kids). So I eventually learned it wasn't that bad and got scolded by management to not call and handle everything through the resident portal. I'm 48 and tech savvy but in this instance wanted to talk and find out what happen and apologize. Big red flag but I moved on and punished my sons accordingly. Pool: salt water and open year round. Very nice. Hardly saw anyone out there all summer but whatever. I'm an introvert so it made me happy. Grills at Pool: very cool but only one works. So had to wait till someone was done but crap happens. Car wash / vacuum: I used this once. If you're cheap and like washing your own car this is a plus. Apartment: small but well kept. Bedroom was carpeted the rest was laminate. Refrigerator was old school (no water / ice dispenser) but there was ice maker in freezer. Dog fenced area: it's nice I don't have a dog but it seems well appreciated by residents. They do take a sample of your dogs dna and will fine you if you don't clean up after your dog. For me it was nice. Management : This is mostly negative. I've never had this kind of experience with a management entity before. Most try to keep residents happy so they stick around. It's a 2 way street for sure but seems like they must have a long way waiting list and I'll get into that soon ... Problem 1: they are nice and friendly and bend over backwards up until they get you to sign the lease then you are just a blip in the Resident Portal inbox. The manger literally told me she doesn't have time to talk to people she does ALL interaction through the portal. Ok I can understand the use of a portal but how are you in management and hate to talk to people? Address issues without ever talking to someone? She even cringed at phone calls. You are managing apartments filled with PEOPLE. Ok it's a touchy subject but I'm. Human. I live on 2nd floor and evidently the person below me was annoyed by the fact my kid are a little loud sometimes. I try hard to help them understand the nuances of living in an apartment but it doesn't always stick. At the time I wrote this I received 2 noise complaints. My kids are only with me every other weekend and they are in bed by 10p. Whoever reported me the first time left a card and was nice. I talked to my kids and had not heard anything. Then a couple months later my oldest son visited from college during Christmas break and I had all 3 with me for a long weekend. We were out of town mostly so we literally spend 2 night at my apartment. This time the "resident assistant" (for those of you who didn't go to college this is another resident who tells on the other residents and pays them a visit and asks them to keep it down. At the time this young strapping lad paid me a visit there was no noise except my washer and dryer. (So I guess wash your clothes during business hours????). Then I got the email alert and nasty gram in my ....you guessed it RESIDENT PORTAL INBOX. My kids were in bed by 11p. Last night before my oldest flew back to Ohio. Playing Apples to Apples and having fun with all my sons in the same place. My life's a long story but I cherish these times and as those of you who know A2A can get a little rowdy. Synopsis/ Conclusion: This is a perfect place for you IF 1. You're old but tech savvy and don't make any noise. 2. Like amenities but don't use them very much. 3. Have perfectly robotic well behaved children (a dream of mine) 4. Pet owner with a well behaved pet. Not for you If .... - you have children who sometimes don't listen, - Have boys that are 6'1" 250 and walk heavy - Like to have fun sometimes in your apartment - Like conducting all business through a resident portal consequently being treated like an inmate - don't like waiting on the only grill that works I will not be renewing my lease in 08/2024 but I somehow believe I won't be missed.... read more

This place checks all the boxes and after talking to property management I'm super excited to move in soon. Super clean environment with friendly staff that goes above and beyond!! The pool looks awesome and only a few minutes from some jam up restaurants. Wish I found this place a few years ago. read more

While apartment shopping we came across this property. It's very classy, elegant, and not your regular rental property. Love how the rental office looks like a luxury ski lodge, with a pool table inside. The great room with its vaulted ceilings makes you curious about what the apartments look like. We saw a two bedroom two bath location that is very high end. This is not a place you irresponsible people you know it's vey luxurious. Master suit had access to a balcony as well as the living area. Spacious bathrooms. Charming kitchen with island and in suite laundry. Sadly we could not move in as they DO NOT ALLOW work trucks on their property. Such a petty thing to prevent hard workers from living in lush apartments. I guess our income has to come with luxury cars too. No worries we found a house and a community that doesn't mind work vehicles to be seen. Do better - most people with work vehicles are honest, neat, hard working people who make a crap ton of money. Money that you're missing out of because of you're LLC. read more

This company cares about nothing but money. The office is impossible to reach, lease violations are handed out for ridiculous reasons (having a dog under one year old even with all fees paid and all requirements met including $350 fee, etc), and leasing agents are rude and unwilling to be reasonable with their residents. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The area is nice but will cost you thousands of dollars and ruin your leasing record for minor "infractions" considering the outrageous amount of money residents pay monthly. Grand Reserve and Heritage are better, less expensive options and I wish I had never moved here. read more

The maintenance staff here is amazing! They really know what they are doing. I am loving living here and they just added a doggie park which is awesome! read more

Legends at Laurel Canyon - Love it! - Apartments Near Me - Canton, Georgia

If I could give NO stars I would. This as with many apartment communities is a SCAM!!!! When I moved in I thought I would find just what I needed a safe retreat from the previous years in heathcare. That is not what I got in fact most of my time was spent in fear of what was going on around me. The community had deaths and also people assulting& walking around with guns . I woke up several times to sirens from the events in the community. They stole right off of my doorstep and when I confronted the office staff they explained they were not at all responsible for any mail. If you research this matter they are soley responsible for mail being delivered as they own the property. I had complete bedroom sets stolen. chairs, and alot of other goods. After filing a police report about my mail and deliveries, they explained I was not to speak with the employees on any basis and not to enter the office. Im unnsure how you live in a apartment community where you are not allowed to speak about the businees's of life. DO not trust this community they are nothing but a fruad. You were not allowed overnight guests and only one vehicle was permitted at all times. The Pet fees were fraud, the pest control was a fraud , as they sent in a gentleman with peppermint oil and dabbed it on the baseboards.Half way through the lease they started water payments and that was another SCAM Residents were chraged on a monthly basis wether they needed it or not. My experience is that this place takes advantage of innocent honest people looking for a new place to call home. Its extremely hard to contact any associate and they are away or too busy to help! This was a learning experience for me, to NOT LET ANOTHER BUSINESS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME OR MY SITUATION, just cause they dont want to reimburse people for their mistakes! read more

I greatly appreciate the support and kindness that this property manager has shown towards my friend's daughter who is currently a resident there. read more

SAVE YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE AND GO ELSEWHERE. first and foremost the property manager Lindsay will post a backhanded comment back to this review because she's rude. Was interested in living here and applied through Rebekah ect ect had not spoke with Lindsay (the property manager) until after I applied she called and immediately turned me off to the fact of living there with her terrible terrible attitude. I went and applied elsewhere all weekend because I immediately knew I couldn't live there knowing Lindsay was running the place. Lindsay makes everything about MONEY and the DOLLAR SIGN and never about her HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. She told me I was "not mature enough to understand" and not to mention the fact she called me ignorant and said I had a ignorant mind set. But dont worry Lindsay will lie instead of taking accountability for how she treats her clients. It's not about the dollar sign Lindsay it's about the way you treat people!!!!!!!!!!!!! It had nothing to do with the application or money it had ALL to deal with how you talked to me. The reviews don't lie you can see how multiple people have had this same issue with Lindsay and she blames it on money. If I knew this witch ran the place I would've never wasted my time or energy. the proof is in the reviews read more
