BEWARE!!! I would give this place zero stars if I could!! The office staff, management and maintenance staff are HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!! The apartments "look" nice but they are cheaply made and just thrown together. Very thin walls, my balcony door didn't properly lock because it was built incorrectly. Maintenance would not fix our ventilation for our dryer, we were told by the office to fix it ourselves. We had bugs invade our apartment because of the girls who lived above us. And they would blast their music so loud our walls would literally shake. And sometimes this would last until 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning. When we discussed this with the manager she took up for them and did nothing. Our air conditioning went out because maintenance neglected to change our filters. And when I called to have it fixed maintenance was very rude and hung up on me. It was over 90 degrees outside in the middle of July but that wasn't enough to be considered a maintenance emergency, even though it says it is on their recording. One of the maintenance guys also preceded to inform us on our first night there that he used to be a really bad heroine addict. While we were trying to move out we were harassed by the shit smelling hobbit looking maintenance guy. We were just trying to throw out a couple bags of trash in the compactor (which we are entitled to use because we pay to use it!) and he drives by on his kiddie cart all slow staring us down then goes and hides behind a set of garages and starts recording us. So ridiculous! It just got worse from there, instead of being an adult and talking to us calmly he just continued to harass us. He stalked us while we moved. Even though we did NOTHING wrong. If they don't like you they treat you like shit. We left our apartment cleaner when we left than it was when we moved in. But they still charged us nearly $500 to replace the carpet. They also charged us $80 because we were two days off on giving them a 60 day notice that we were not renewing our lease. They also tried to double charge us on our last garbage and water bill. They will nickel and dime you and are a complete ripoff. As well as being extremely overpriced. I could keep going but I'll just leave it at this. BEWARE DO NOT MOVE HERE! read more

We moved in, September 2018 and our experience here has been nothing but great! We moved from Orlando and did most of the activity to rent was done over the phone. That was where we first met Ally Lawson. She took excellent care of us, was very responsive and pleasant to work with and talk to, even when some of my calls were complicated. Melissa is the newest addition to the mangement team and she too provides excellent service. The maintenance team is very responsive and polite when they are in our apartment. I am writing this to correct the 2 negative reviews I read about these apartments. The apartments are well maintained with very prompt attention for any maintenance problems. The grounds are immaculate, and with NO dog waste around! There are many dog waste stations around with bags provided, as well as a dog park. The pool, gym and clubhouse are lovely and again immaculately kept. The green areas are also beautifully kept. The office staff are pleasant and efficient. I can only think that the negative reviews were placed by (?ex) tenants for whatever mean reason. Please don't believe them!! Come and see for yourself! read more

I have been living here for over six months and this property is great. The amenities are great and feels more like a resort than an apartment complex community. It is also a very safe property with many members of LE living here. The office and maintenance staff are great and have been very responsive to my needs. If you like activities this is the place for you as they have many activities going on monthly. They also have many stainless grills and a pavilion with fireplace. The grounds are well maintained and I am proud to call this my home. I would recommend The Crest to friends and family. read more

The management team here is absolutely great! My sister is in a wheelchair and came to visit me, but was unable to get up to the second floor. We then went to the clubhouse, as that was more accessible for her. Upon hearing that my sister wanted to see my one bedroom apartment, the leasing agent on duty took us all to the 1st floor, 1 bedroom model so she could see it. Extraordinary... Well done Crest team! I absolutely love living here! I feel like I am living at a resort. They even have hotel style amenities! Free Starbucks coffee everyday, popcorn on Fridays and Breakfast on Saturdays once a month. The gym is amazing and has everything I need to accomplish a good workout. They even have a separate room for yoga and spin! This place really has it all! I love calling Crest home :) read more

The leasing agents are very disrespectful, unprofessional, inappropriate and lewd. I could hear a female agent LOUDLY making sex noises as if she were filming porn in the leasing office during business hours. This community is supposed to be a family-friendly place of business. read more
