(I had to reverse into a garage, and she gave me a "thumbs up".) A third employee performed the inspection. He was efficient. Despite failing three parts of the inspection, the members of this location were helpful. A fourth member attempted to fix a failed part of my vehicle. That being said, the guy is great at what he does. Jim actively looked for ways to save me money. For example, he sharpened the blade and cleaned the air filter. The only negatives were that he does not accept credit cards and I found his published operating hours to be a suggestion. My initial experience with positive , but the rude (white)man in finance Keyvan, made this into the…read moreworse experience ever . He was so unprofessional; chomping on gum during his interface with me. I was in the office to sign documents and get the actual price for the Cashier's Check. I was told I still had to sign a form for a lien. He said it " was part of their training" . I am not sure if this is true and someone chomping on gum with a antagonistic tone is hard to trust. Nevertheless , I signed the form because it had no Lien holder info, nor my SS #. After signing the forms ,I returned with a Cashier's Check about 20 mins later. Not even a thank you, just, Oh" you don't waste any time." Despite having a Black salesperson , I feel that I was prejudged. I'm a Black middle aged woman and I was treated like I was there asking for a favor, or crazy discount. There was no haggle, or objection to the price, so I don't know why I had such a negative and unpleasant encounter. The micro aggression was evident, and his attitude towards me was condescending and rude. I let them know my feelings on the Mazda review and explained that the whole interaction was not good and where they could improve . The salesperson got credit ; 5's , like he wanted. However, I let them know that I felt prejudged, and that they still owe me $40 for the Lien that never existed , but they collected a fee for anyway. To make matters worse, I paid their document fee of $799 , and they still cannot refund my $40. Moreover, it seems they deliberately slow dragged the delivery of my MD Tags. I bought the car 9/15/26, picked it up 9/17/26 , and the Dept MV issued the Registration /Tags some time before 9/25/26. I called on 10/8/26 and was hung up on, the first time. I called back, and Chris let me know I screwed up his BONUS.! He also said that they would refund $40. It is now 10/19/2026, and still no check for $40. It makes no sense , they sent the MD Tags 10/9 by Fedex ,without the $40. I guess they like to play games. I have no issues pressing forward in order to make them responsible for refunding incorrect fees they charge. My regret is not leaving , the moment I saw Keyvan chomping the gum and comporting himself in an unprofessional manner. I only came up to this location because they had the car in the color I wanted. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
