No luck. He told me they couldn't remove them. I then called Honda Corporate and they said it could all be removed and refunded. Went back to Team Honda and told them what Corporate said. Their response was they could remove them but chose not to. I traded my new Honda in for a Toyota. I really liked my salesman, but the finance guy, not so much. I cannot recommend this dealership.
