They also do yum cha for lunch. Great place to celebrate a special occasion or just get away from the "backpacker meal deal" places that seem to have taken over the town. To the owners I would recommend considering smaller tables to fit in a few more seats. Will be coming back.

Honestly, I would be amazed with anyone who could finish off a main on his own. We ordered the salt and pepper squid and the Sri Lankan curry. And even though the salt and pepper squid was awesome - trying to finish both was extremely hard. But don't worry we licked the plate and both were extremely delicious. We didn't have time to come back to this place, but would have loved to try some of the other dishes. You should defiantly visit this place if you get a chance, worth the visit.

Delicious. Delicious. Delicious…read more Milk&Honey was recommended to us by a friend who grew up in the area. I think it is byron shires' best kept secret. Admittedly I have never been to Italy but this was definitely the best pizza I have ever had of my life. I would like to mention that I have been a dedicated Friday night pizza eater for many years now and when we go out to dinner, pizza is a always a strong contender (even though it feels like sacrilege to not have it on a Friday) and thought I had found the perfect pizza. Until now. I again broke my Friday night pizza ritual and was not disappointed. We had the margarita (with olives because. Olives.) and the pumpkin with ricotta. I preferred the margarita more, simply because that tomato sauce was the kind of flavour that gives your mouth all the right feels. ALL OF THEM. More importantly the base was perfectly wood fired, thin (but not too thin), and light. A perfect canvas for deliciousness to have a party on, and then party it's way into my mouth (aka held the toppings with dignity and grace). The staff were chilled, helpful and lovely. Unfortunately no BYO, but for a limited wine list (and a handful of beers), it does not disappoint. I had the Nebbiolo- 2011 Quealy Pyrenees, Vic, which matched really well and was in itself delicious. Highly, highly recommend Milk&Honey. A lovely space. Great for all kinds- couples, travellers, families, larger groups etc. Tasteful and tasty.

Burnt ! Successfully put my kids off of pizza. ( probably a good thing )…read more I am a bit fond of the occasional bit of charred food and flavours but this was black underneath and around the edges, Burnt it was and burnt garlic smells like a burnt tyres and tastes awful. I asked the server "does it not look a bit on the burnt side" and he replied "Thats not burnt, its just the way it's cooked" I almost laughed especially as I have been eating pizza for over 40 years and this chap was about 18 years old. I will give it another try in 5 years maybe in that time they figure out the difference between charred and charcoal. In the meantime avoid if you like your food without charcoal.

Our waitress (feeling guilty for not catching…read moreher name) was a lovely lady from England who has spent 18 years in Australia in beautiful Byron Bay. Her attentiveness, friendliness and seemingly genuine interest in my partner and I (we were on honeymoon) made it a pleasure to dine in. The pizza menu is varied with a few interesting options such as the prawn pizza with sliced banana. I wasn't feeling that adventurous but my Mullumbimby (vegetable) pizza hit the spot. Massive meat lovers for my partner which did not skimp on the meat. Both well topped with the best crust to filling ratio I've ever seen. We ordered a medium but a small each would have been better. We ended up taking the leftovers home; and by home I mean they made the road trip back the next day. My partner wasn't wasting them. The garlic bread appeared house made. Rustic... but what it lacked in appearance it made up for in flavour. A bit charred in spots but I Ioved that as well as the crispy sesame seeds. We were tossing up drinks. It was our last night with far too many drinks throughout our stay. Both were craving a coke but as seems to be the case in Byron, it's Pepsi or else! I suggested the homemade punch which turned out to be the nicest drink of the week. Pineapple and orange juice with passion fruit. Refreshing for the end of a warm day with no chance of hangover. Delicious!!
