Had a back injury when I was a kid that I never really had looked at. Fast forward 12 years, and…read moreit's still causing me pain (go figure). Went to one doctor who pushed for an MRI, and then never got back to me. Waited a few months and decided to head here (Pinnacle) and give them a go. Was in so much pain at the time that I couldn't even sit down without tears welling up. Standing at an always angle was my only relief. They saw this. They knew this. This visit occurred around spring time 2025 I went in, did the routine, signed a waiver to release my MRI to them, and got some blood work scheduled for a little later on. Left very hopeful and optimistic with how genuinely invested the doctor seemed to be in fixing me. Gave me a lot of info. I never heard back from Pinnacle. No follow up, no "hey we have your MRI results and this is what they show", no emails, no calls/voicemails, not even a letter. Nothing. Pinnacle ghosted me. The lack of follow up and being all around a caring and professional healthcare organization is not the reason for the single star rating however. The rating comes from the fact that nobody got back to me, yet I OWED THEM MONEY. I paid my copay, and thought that was it. Next thing I know, I have a collections agency calling me about a debt stemming from my visit here at pinnacle. Had absolutely no knowledge of it. And when I called, I got a woman with a nasty attitude basically telling me I'm an idiot because they always send out PAPER MAIL about money owed. So not only did I not get a letter at all, but in 2025, you can't CALL ME OR EMAIL ME WHEN YOU HAVE MY INFO?? This came at the perfect time too, because I was just recently laid off from work. So now my credit will take a hit because I NOW don't have the $300 I could've paid off months ago Nice place inside, but absolute trash. Would never recommend. I will never go here or another affiliated healthcare company again. It's hard enough finding people who care, but this is ridiculous. Screw Pinnacle

He did work that he didn't have to do but that didn't take much time (a few simple blood tests) and from the results I am able to connect the dots from some pretty serious issues I have been struggling with and have been treating (with my doctors) INCORRECTLY. Who would have thought that vitamin deficiencies could cause such horrible problems. Seems common sense, I know, but I'm pretty smart and I would have never figured it out without the diligence of Dr. Gopan. He is very confident in his work, which makes me as a paitent feel great and has a nice bedside manner. I never wait long to get into my appointments and it has never taken any longer than 20 minutes to hear back from his assistant when I have questions. I will note that I live over an hour away, in another state actually, and have no issues with driving to see Dr. Gopan. He has been a blessing to me, and consequently my family, and I truly am thankful to have found him.

Not only has my mother been discussing my medical history with her co worker, which is the practitioner Gerald Lewis, she has been ( for years) trying to corrupt my name and it gets worse. She told me she slipped him notes saying things like my daughter does heroin meth n that she sells her food stamps. (Judy buys stamps from my sister , to give her money for her drug habit) My mother has been bullying me and threatening me and then slandering my name to Gerald. My mom had been trying to take my son , and kill me or hope I kill myself and it's all for money. I will be continuing with the updates and working on putting out the information for everyone to see it just gets worse and worse but right now I am just trying to process what to do where to go and just not to I have a son to raise and my mom is here in my face laughing trying to force me to take these pills that all the sudden she has control over all of my pills that Jerry prescribes they want to deem me unfit I am 38 years old never ever have I been diagnosed with schizophrenia or autism and I've told Jerry I'm not depressed and I do not and before I can get the word or say anything else he says as your provider I am asking you to take this medication called risperidone which he failed to look at the drug interactions or tell me anything about it this is all bad and I'm just unfortunately I have no one to help me because my mom is not what she seems she's literally laughing saying everyday all day I don't get a break from her she is provoking me to the point where I don't even know what to do my dad he don't do anything and if he does he gets in my face and says to go suck someone's cock okay like this is like beyond disgusting.

Before I left they assured me they would refund the co-pay they charged me. They didn't do that of course. I went to the Chicago Rush for my appointment but had to drop off my imaging CD at Munster. They told me it would take 10-15 minutes and left 45 minutes later. Morons work the front desk and that says something about the office! If you can get past them it might be good but they could care less at the front desk!
