Recently I had to phone Simplified because I could not locate my daughter's return and needed it to complete her FASFA application. I phoned and was told that yes, I certainly could get that document. If I were to pick it up in person, it would cost $10. But Paula told me that she could email it to me for free. I was very pleased with their service both times. Highly recommended.
