I was coming back from surgery and rehab with an open wound so I was hoping for a lot more than I got for $316.

A clean, not stinky dumpster arrived in the morning of our delivery day. Had a quick question about if a specific item was allowed in the dumpster and was able to text and send an image - received a quick response from staff. Very simple online booking. $50 delivery fee might apply depending on how far out you are from their location (you'll see it at checkout). The sensitivity of time and discretion was so important as this was immediately following a death in my family and I was the only family member in a position to help. ChritenServ was able to find the addresses and contact information of multiple people and businesses that I needed in order to start making arrangements for securing my loved one's property and estate. This thorough investigation and detailed information allowed me to make immediate contact, necessary arrangements, travel plans, and informed decisions needed to ensure our family members estate was quickly secured. This information and process involved 8 states to validate information. Lastly, I was prepared to pay whatever the costs needed for for this seemingly impossible task. ChristenServ gave me an estimate of the time and costs and came back with a much lower final bill than I expected. Thank you so much for the quality service at a very reasonable price. Truly appreciated and I wholeheartedly recommend ChristenServ and will be using their services again if needed.

When I called other companies, I discovered they would not remove certain items & they referred me to Lansing Junk Removal. The men who came to our home were respectful of our property, worked quickly & removed everything. What was very impressive is they have a store where they repurpose as many items as possible, give away books for free & also charge for other item they put on the floor. They are a 15-year local family business who gives back to the community thru many charities with the $ they receive from the store. I am a fan & will refer friends, family & neighbors, if asked. Most of their business, I understand, are referrals from satisfied customers. I am one. K
