They have a larger selection than many of the dispensaries I've been to, and the prices, while not the lowest I've seen, are still competitive. One area where they really excel is customer service. Lori helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she also was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Casa Verde, even if it's a bit of a road-trip to get there (as it was for me).

I've gone a few times and they don't have the particular item I wanted - and they take about 10-15 minutes to look to see if maybe they have it (then finally confirm they don't), so it makes it seem a little unorganized and chaotic behind the scenes. Overall, I will go again because nothing is offensive just less professional and consistent from where we shopped before moving here. I don't know what I need to do to ensure they issue the credits for our purchases but I'll try to be more mindful about that since they don't seem to want to do that (it seems).
