It helped me with my PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, & depression. I personally lean towards the indica strains as I feel they are more beneficial to me. The concentrates were clutch! I'm a sucker for RSO products. I wish they had some Incredibles in stock, but they had other options. I'd give them a 5, but cuz the dispensary closer to me is open later & I have to drive a little further to get here, & they did not have any Incredibles (even though I enjoyed what I selected & I'm not mad. It happens. It just stinks when you are craving peanut butter or pretzels lol). My bf also got some prerolls in the past that just didn't the hit well (I wanna say they were called Yeti or something like that). Tbf, that's happened to me at every dispensary I've been to. I roll definitely be back! This place is cool. I'd recommend checking it out.
