Large sheets and blankets that cover me and keep me warm throughout (unlike so many places that provide a towel or skimpy sheet). A restful and loving energy and environment. Etc. Not only is Massud (one of the owners) a highly intuitive, respectful, safe and gifted masseuse - he also brings a wide range of modalities and abilities to his sessions so he can adjust to provide the most restful, healing experience for what you need. I have fibromyalgia so need very specific pressure. He accommodates and still manages to give me more than the light, oily rub that most others do when they find out they can't use deep pressure. I often use coupons like groupon or dealfind to get massages. So that will tell you two things - I've tried a lot of places - and I don't like paying full price! I needed some help with a lower back injury which caused a lot of pain through out my entire back, glutes, legs and hips. After seeing Mike at Oasis a few times, I discovered through conversation that he had his own company, FitinYYC, which offered the service to come to me in the comfort of my own home. This appeals to me for various reasons, the most obvious is who doesn't love getting an amazing, professional massage at home?! Mike always remembers what we worked on during our last visit, checks in with me regularly between visits and has become like a friend to me as well as my massage therapist. He is professional, always answers questions I have in relation to various pains and where they come from and we always find time to get a few laughs in. I have, and will continue to recommend Mike to my friends and family in the city and will also be seeing him again soon for some back pain maintenance. Thanks, Mike!

5 star rating for the massage therapist Francis, however highly disappointed in the customer…read moreservice that was provided. I booked an hour long massage and only received a 45 minute - but was still billed for the full hour. The confirmation from Leela came in the form of a calendar booking, and is entirely misleading. My calendar was automatically blocked off for 75 mins, so when I arrived for my hour long appointment I was informed I was late, and only receiving a 45 minute massage. When I showed Admin the calendar booking, she told me there was nothing that could be done, and it was policy and I would be billed the full amount. I even suggested rebooking my next appointment as a 75 min, for a 60 minute charge and it was still rejected. There was no effort to work with the client on this mistake that is in their own booking software. It's too bad as I won't be returning.
