Even though several houses on our block also had damage and were getting new roofs, our insurance adjuster denied our damage claim. We asked for a second inspection. During that inspection, Alfredo walked with the inspector, and talked on the phone with our adjuster, pointing out all the damage. His keen eyes and knowledge made a huge difference in the second adjuster's decision to cover our claim. Alfredo was extremely easy to work with.
