These guys are great! Knowledgeable efficient and the price was more than reasonable! They are reliable and backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty! Gutters are one of the top 3 most important exterior components of a home. Yet, they are the most overlooked and underrated piece! Gutters can cause so many horrific issues if they are not done properly! Foundation problems, ice damming, rotted fascia siding soffit, insect infiltration, porch sinking, driveway dropping or heaving, brick separating, basement flooding, the list goes on and on! Legacy gutter will get you done right and protect your biggest asset, your home! Legacy also did a Great cleanup for me on my gutter job. I wish I would have called them years ago! We asked for an estimate for gutter repair. Their estimator was not wearing a mask. We asked her to put one on before we opened the door. She said she did not have one. We told her "no mask, no service" She stormed off screaming. I screamed back. If you can't respect your customer's needs, we do not do business with you.! read more

Your company was recommended to us by several people and in looking at the on line reviews we had several companies come out but decided to hire your firm based on a contractor from our BNI group speaking highly of your company. We had our GC contractor working on the home while your crew was installing the gutters at said address. He called us and let us know that the entire time that your contractors were complaining, cussing and carrying on about the job. He let us know they were very unprofessional/ inappropriate with their language with other families being outside in the cul-de-sac. He took pictures once the gutters were installed and showed us how careless the contractors were for the roof was lifted up in several places across the front of the home on the Southwest corner of the home there was quite a bit of damage to the shingles and the flashing. Our General Contractor let us know that the Legacy installers were just ripping the old gutters down and there was no caution used and again the entire time they were angry and two of the Legacy Gutter contractors were arguing amongst themselves the entire time they were at the property. We as owners went to the property after work and were shocked at the damage to the roof and the flashing around it. Mr. Dejesus called right away and spoke with Aaron the next day, and asked if we could please meet someone from the company to come walk the house with us to address our concerns and damage done from your contractors. All we got was that the new roof that had been installed prior to us purchasing the home on Adieu circle was poorly done, and he would write a letter that it was the roofers fault, not Legacy Gutters and that was all that can be done. With the heavy rains we had on 4/20 and 4/21/2017 and with how careless the gutter contractors were with ripping the gutters off, they pulled down on the down pipe/downspout) causing it to bend bent the downspout and the heavy water causes it to burst the seam and water was going everywhere. They also when yanking down the existing gutters ripped up along all edges the flashing that was attached to the roof. I am a 4th generation Native and have run a successful company for over 20 years. They installed gutters and everything seemed fine until we actually got snow and then it started to melt. Water is pouring out of a seam. I gave them 3 calls over a week span and no calls back. Finally got the office on the phone and she said someone would be out by the end of the week. Tuesday of the next week still no one has showed up and no return call. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Go with another company. read more

As a Colorado Springs Native, a GC and a fan of small business I'm sad to report such a negative review for this local business. I contacted Legacy on Tuesday May 19th for a bid. Because I'm a general contractor I was able to supply them with all of the numbers needed with the exception of a few feet of material and a few angles needed to be measured. I was given a bid of 1,200 bucks. And yes it was a "tentative bid" A good deal for sure and I even felt it was a little low. Other bids came in about 15% more. So I called and asked to have them out for a final bid and to get the final measurements. The owner Showed up and the first thing he says is "You sure could have handed it to us with that bid. I'm happy you called to get the correct bid". Basically saying yes we could have given you a sweet-heart of a deal but thanks for calling us and booking an actually bid because now we are going to screw you over. The new bid came in almost 3 times as high. The owner said "this is more like a 3,000 dollar job and we sure screwed up that bid". I was shocked at the fact that they used the old methods bait and switch with me to come out to the property and try to earn the work. I was upset because I had told the other two contractors that I was passing on their bids because legacy clearly was going to win the work. It would have been understandable if there was a few hundred daille increase, but this new number was outrageous. I'm a pretty level headed guy and when they said they made a mistake and seemed genuinely sorry I told them I would be willing to split the difference and or bring it up to a more manageable number for both of us. They basically told me to go fly a kite and would not take responsibility for their error. An increase of 10% or 20% would have been acceptable but to try and hit me with a bid that was almost two thousand dollars more is not cool! Shame on them for making the mistake, Shame on them for not trying to right their wrong. I highly suggest finding another company and not using this unethical company. They are lucky I don't have my lawyer reaching out as I type this. read more

After a week of being disappointed (yeah, I know) with missed work dates and canceling two obligations, they finally showed. Their sales person Sean was working with me and the schedulers to make sure it would happen. Craftsmanship was better than average and the installer was professional. Their install, along with their lifetime warranty on craftsmanship and a 20-year guarantee assuaged the initial disappointment. Lesson learned? Have at least three contractors bidding for the gig. I scheduled my gutters to be installed on 11/14/2016 nearly a month in advance. I was told I could not have my dogs in the yard and since my wife and I work we boarded our animals for the day. I received a call mid day to tell me they had to reschedule. I explained to the person on the phone that I boarded my dogs for the day but understood that things happen. I called back to make sure that they would be out the following day. I was guaranteed they would be out so I boarded my dogs for a second day. The second day after multiple calls the installer finally showed up at 5:30pm in the pitch black to tell me they could not do the install. The installer had the audacity to tell me they had a "PRIORITY" job they had to do first. I guess cancelling and rescheduling is not a priority. At any rate I cancelled the job, run from this company. Fast and far!! This might be the worst communicating and executing company I have ever dealt with. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very nice they just did nothing to resolve the problem. read more

This is an unreliable company. I called them, set an appointment time and waited at home for 5 hours for these clowns to show up. They never came to the appointment and they never called. I have learned from past experience that companies like this, that are not responsible to honor their commitments, do poor quality work and there is always some kind of problem. Homeowners, learn from my experience with this unreliable company and do not call them. I found another great gutter company that honored their commitment and did a beautiful job. Please heed my warning and do not use this company. Save yourself some headaches and call someone honorable! read more

Don't even bother calling the Colorado Springs branch, Call the Denver one. I can honestly say they picked up once out of 8 calls that I made but the Denver branch picked up every time. In my opinion they were bit pricier then others I have quoted but none the less my insurance company agreed to pay the bid so I can't complain. When it came down to install time the installer did come a day later then scheduled. It was understandable since we got our first snow but would have been nice to have gotten a call to beforehand to say were gonna be late. On the day on Installation the installer was at my door early. To my surprise it was only one guy. He installed all the gutters and drip edges all around all by himself, he did have to return the next day to complete the down spouts. I am satisfied with the workmanship and lets hope it works out and drains properly. In the end realistically they only thing I didn't like the lack of communication asides from that if you are patient the I have no problems recommending them and I my gutters look great. read more

We had a rusted gutter that was dripping water to the side walk below and would freeze into ice in the winter - so a real hazard. We live up in the mountains and our town homes are high. So to replace a gutter is not an easy task. Legacy came out with gigantic ladders, were attentive to our questions, matched the one gutter we needed replaced with the others. On the day of installation Jimi Brown was here in a down pour. He continued to work on the replacement despite all the rain. He did a great job! And their prices were reasonable - they didn't try to change out other gutters to up the price. They checked them all over and determined that only 1 needed to be replaced. This company was great. I found them because of their Google reviews and I have to say they lived up to them. I called in and spoke with Julie. That day a gentleman came out and gave me an extremely fair quote. They came out the next day to install my new gutters and downspouts. Their workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job. (And they were very careful of my gardens while they worked. :) ) Dave, the owner, came out to make sure I was satisfied and I very much was.
