Unfortunately I've come to learn that Terry Tapley's word means nothing. He is a thief and a liar. He hides his lies through the veil of ignorance pretending to not see the facts and tools given to him to have been an honest trustworthy individual. This stems from a minor amount of money owed on a deal made and that should had been finalized in an hours worth of effort on both of our parts. Instead this has stretched out starting from initial contact on December 24th. To today when I've apparently gotten the last word from him as my requesting the money he owes me as drama. He was prompt with replies when it involved getting a better deal. When it came time to pay the remaining balance it was silence. No answered phone calls, no answered emails. And then when pressured I get the ever popular "I never got those emails" or "I've talked to you since then". It's 2018 those excuses don't work anymore. SO what does this mean for you? It means you should do business cautiously. Only deal with finalized transactions and in person so you will not face the risk of being ripped of like I have been.

I see why because her puppies are perfect! The training from CintronK9 is excellent and so kind and effective, positive reinforcement is there way. He shed some of his puppy fur but after a good brushing and grooming what is left isn't shedding and feels so awesome! He is sweet, lovable, behaved, cuddly, smart and just a joy! So glad we got him, I have watched her site for 20 years waiting for my opportunity to get one of her dogs, as I had two regular goldens (not from her)and when it was finally time we decided on the older puppy versus a younger one and are extremely pleased! Would love to get one more but we have an older golden who is 10 and we are in our 70's. Well worth the price. And the communication from them is excellent.

But now rokko get excited to see the new pups and even comes when the amazing people call for him. I am so glad that I found a new adoptive family to love me and my dog. I moved out here alone hundreds of miles from family so having people that I trust rokko with means the world to me. ALSO you are crazy if you don't use Jessica for your grooming needs the day of pick up. She literally is a life saver. The one time I dropped rokko off and got him back he smelled like the stinkiest dog ever. So I learned fast. And JESSICA does such a great job. Trust me, this is the place to take your babies!

Since…read moreleaving a negative review on Google, the "owner" of this establishment has falsely accused ME of being the booking party when in fact, it was someone I know who doesn't leave online reviews. So I felt compelled to leave one for her. The response I received to that negative review tells you everything you should know before booking with this lady. The booking party did have up to date vaccines by a licensed vet that is on the Kentucky Board of Examiners. This woman is a total nut and I'm glad she didn't do business with her. I wouldn't take my own pup to her.
