While I did get a refund, that does not help the terrible and heartbreaking situation I am in with a puppy that is sick. Note: The Sexton puppy contract does not state that they will take a sick puppy back. I would not recommend this breeder to anyone. Genetics are very important when selecting a puppy. My experience is proof that this breeder has genetic abnormalities in the bloodlines of its dogs. If you do get a puppy from Sexton Farm, get an ALT blood test done. It will show if the liver is functioning correctly.

Unfortunately I've come to learn that Terry Tapley's word means nothing. He is a thief and a liar. He hides his lies through the veil of ignorance pretending to not see the facts and tools given to him to have been an honest trustworthy individual. This stems from a minor amount of money owed on a deal made and that should had been finalized in an hours worth of effort on both of our parts. Instead this has stretched out starting from initial contact on December 24th. To today when I've apparently gotten the last word from him as my requesting the money he owes me as drama. He was prompt with replies when it involved getting a better deal. When it came time to pay the remaining balance it was silence. No answered phone calls, no answered emails. And then when pressured I get the ever popular "I never got those emails" or "I've talked to you since then". It's 2018 those excuses don't work anymore. SO what does this mean for you? It means you should do business cautiously. Only deal with finalized transactions and in person so you will not face the risk of being ripped of like I have been.
