I really wanted to leave these guys a good review, but unfortunately, my experience has been…read moredisappointing. Parker seems to commit to jobs that either he is unable to finish properly or may not have the experience to complete correctly. I hired them to build a pool equipment wall with a gate, but there were several issues with the installation. The piece mounted to the brick wall was left loose, and the gate hinges were installed incorrectly. The patio cover itself was installed well, and I was happy with that portion of the work. However, tile around the base was damaged during the installation. I was told it would be repaired, but months later, it still has not been fixed. They also installed a sheer descent water feature. They had difficulty completing that portion of the project properly, and the overall execution felt amateur. The water pipe for the sheer descent is still visible and needs to be covered with additional Alumawood to properly finish the installation. Communication and follow-through have also been a major issue. I have had to constantly reach out to Parker myself for updates rather than being kept informed. On multiple occasions, he told me he would come out to address the outstanding work and then simply did not show up. After months of waiting, there are still items that have not been completed. Parker was hired through USTurf, another company I have unfortunately had issues with during this project. I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience with both companies, and I have been extremely patient and given them plenty of opportunities to make things right. I understand that issues can come up on a project, but it is not acceptable for relatively simple repairs and unfinished items to drag on for months, especially when appointments are made and then missed without follow-through. As of the time I am writing this review, the work is still not fully completed and the outstanding issues have not been resolved. Based on my experience, the biggest concerns have been workmanship on certain parts of the project, communication, and ultimately following through on commitments.

I thought it would be bulky and affect the house look. It didn't! They handled working around our fiber optical and electrical line on the roof edges. They were able to cut our hvac pipe to drain into the gutter. And they were able to handle our special request of having the gutters drip away at least 5'1"-5'2" away from our house foundation. We got the gutters due to foundation issues, and the foundation injection company required gutters to warranty their injection work. Cody is responsive and has great customer service. He can try to work on a deal with you too. Zelle is cheaper than credit card with a transition fee. Pay 50% 1st, then 50% when completed. Met Justin and Francisco. Both are great at greeting and talking. Heard all my concerns and plans. Coherent and professional. Refreshing and not usually a norm for Vegas. This company was referred to us twice....one by foundation injection company, and the other by roofers.

We had an awful experience with another company and were really worried about finding someone honest and reputable. We saw a friend's yard and we were so impressed that we asked for details on which company did the work. We spoke with Kalian at Advantage based on the recommendation and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and kindness. We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage. They truly listened to what we wanted, took our ideas seriously, and also brought their own creative vision and expertise to the project. They were subcontracted by Purchase Green (see review) to install turf and edging in our back yard…read more Marco boasted that they've been doing this in Las Vegas for 15 years, yet the kept breaking metal spikes because our yard is hard. The workers were careless in the way they cut the turf boarders and installed the Bend-a-board edging. The turf edges rolled up in a matter of a few days and the boards lifter out of the ground. We had them do the edges over again twice and same crappy results. Just the worst workmanship.

The business is licensed, and the build was permitted with the county. Anthony came out for a quote and after discussing some options we agreed on a design. We were able to get what we wanted with only two footers; most others quoted 3-4 which really blocked the view from the sliding glass door. the color options were standard, and we were happy with the quality of metal. The final product was completed in 4-6 weeks with a combo full and half lattice. Beautiful patio cover that will provide us shade for years to come. Recently, the fabric was damaged due to extremely high winds. When I reached out to them again, what truly stood out was their responsiveness. Unlike many vendors who stop caring after the initial installation, Excellence Awning answered right away and came out promptly to assess the issue. They were honest, efficient, and solutions-oriented. Instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement, they clearly explained my options, either replacing just one panel of the awning or choosing to replace the entire awning and recommended the most cost-effective solution. That level of transparency is rare. On top of that, they even helped fix a switch issue related to a GFI outlet while they were there, which went above and beyond what I expected.
