I was lucky enough to walk in without an appointment today and after only a five minute wait I was directed to a chair. Eric was profoundly friendly and exceptional, where he gave me the best high fade that I have ever gotten in any barbershop. The atmosphere was welcoming and stylish, which is highly reflective of those that work there. I could tell within the first few minutes into my haircut that Eric is very passionate about his profession and the people that he works with. I drove an hour to get there, and will 100% make the trip again. If you're looking for the best barbershop in the North Texas area, this is the place to go. read more

The guys and gal at Barber Shop In Keller always do a great job cutting the men in my families hair. They are all very nice and we never have to wait very long. read more

I took my son here for a haircut today. We usually go to a salon in Southlake, but his usual stylist was off this week and he needed a cut badly. I tried to make an appointment, but was told that none was needed. Walk- ins are welcome. There was another customer there when we arrived. He was getting the most precise flat top I've ever seen, so I knew we were in good hands. Our barber was friendly and he wielded those tools like the expert he was. My son's cut was great! We are local to Keller. This place is half the distance and less expensive than our other place. AND his cut was better. There is no doubt that we will be back. read more

I've been going to this barber for 8 years now. Christine is my go to but Mike also takes care of me from time to time, both are great barbers and never disappoint. Highly recommend read more

The reviews of the shop as well as the barbers there all seemed to point in the right direction. Reviews of Christine seemed excellent but she was not in today. So I went to Eric as it is my last day off before work. He listened well and really seemed to care about what I wanted. Unfortunately though, the result did not turn out for the best. At first, he left the hair a little too long. I could barely tell that I'd had a haircut. So I asked for it to be a little shorter. He took the clippers out and started trimming all over. Again, I think he cared. But unfortunately the quality of his cut did not turn out looking smooth. I think his use of clippers and razor instead of scissors resulted in an uneven appearance. And the cut over the ears is not even and smooth and is not consistent from one side to the next. I was hoping to find someone I could go to for a good haircut. But I think the quality of his tools was not up to par and his techniques did not compensate and I ended up with an uneven looking haircut. Hair has a lot of areas sticking up and does not lay down properly. I agree that we were being cautious regarding my hair with cowlicks but I still haven't coextensive evenness. Still searching for a good barber. Probably time to look more for a stylist who has better techniques. Also, the prices have gone up quite a bit since the picture of the old sign. A man's haircut is $25. Not really out of line in the market so I'm not complaining about the price. But you're not getting what you paid for. read more

Legacy Barbers - Barbers Near Me - Keller, Texas

Heads up! Under new management/ownership. The jury is still out on this place now, after they have had a nearly 100% turnover rate of the old barbers. We had been going here for over 9 years, but the ownership changed in the fall of 2017 sometime. The homey look of the place with military and mantastic photos and posters on the walls is now gone, as the new management has taken down all the old stuff. It does look neater, but also somewhat blah. The fridge used to have sodas, but now only contains H2O (prolly looking out for our health). It's still a clean, traditional style barbershop. Just know that it might take a while for the new crew to build a new culture, identity, following, etc. I wish them well, but I just cant give them the 4+ star review just yet. read more

Great service! Everyone is terrific, lots of fun, free soda's, and great conversation! Best in Town in my book. read more

Great barbershop! Come in about every two weeks, hardly ever a wait time, and always a good cut. Friendly barbers. Highly recommend this place! read more

This Shop looks cool in the pictures. While the haircut was decent the barber smelled like cigarets and made some inappropriate jokes.

Got a cut from dude that was working. Very disappointing haircut! It was like he was trying to get done as quick as possible. I gotta fade but not much fade, you could completely see the line. Then to top it all off when he was done he put on his glasses! Smh!!! read more

It's a true barber shop, not a fruity salon. DO come here if you want: a good haircut at a fair price by an experienced barber, decent conversation with the locals, a drink, and a laugh or two. DON'T come here if you: are high maintenance, are sensitive, plan on playing on your cell phone the entire visit, or not becoming a regular. If that's what you're looking for then give Supercuts a try. I've been coming here since they opened with no regrets. read more

Kristine has cut my hair for over 15 years. She is an amazing person, barber, shop owner, wife and mother. (And not necessarily in that order). Great atmosphere and barbers. They have fun and really enjoy each other and their work. Great job Kristine building the BEST Shop in North Texas!!! read more

This is a barber shop that harkens back to the days of a country style barber shop where you get the latest town gossip, a good clean cut where they actually shave the back of your neck and put talcum powder on you before they brush your hair off. They provide a free drink for you and the kiddos if you bring them as well as a free piece of candy, just like the good ol' days! They have one large tv and about a half dozen barber stations and are patriotic! Don't go here if you're high maintenance and are expecting a $60+ style with Aveda products! They only do guys as far as I know and I have been going there for some 8 years now. read more

The Barber Shop in Keller is the best place for a haircut in the DFW Metroplex! Christine has been cutting my hair for over 15 years and there is no finer barber on the planet!!! Her team of hair care experts know how to make anyone look their best and each one of them is totally customer focused. Saturday morning coffee, doughnuts, a little Sports Center on the tube and a great haircut. It doesn't get any better! Thanks Christine for building a great barber shop and caring for your customers. read more

I have been in the Keller/Fort Worth area for about 13 years now. I have struggled to find a good barber. I found the Barber Shop about 5 years ago. Well the rest is history. read more

My husband and son (8yrs old) both go to this barbershop. My son has been going here since he was 4 or 5- I read an article written by a mom of boys and she said "for the best hair cut, take your sons to a BARBER!" (Previously, my son would go to my hairstylist, and my husband would go to whatever shop happened to be close when he realized he needed a hair cut.) My husband and my son both have strange cowlicks, and Marcy manages them perfectly. They have also had their hair cut by Christine and a few others, so I think all of the barbers are good. Good cuts, friendly atmosphere and great prices...you can't ask for more than that! read more

I went in today and was not too impressed. I received a cut on my ear from a straight razor, a gouge in the hair on the back of my head, and there were tons of patches where my hair was not even cut. I will never return. read more

I've been a customer of The Barber Shop in Keller for three years. I like the shop for it's location, cleanliness, and very friendly staff. Alexis is my personal barber, and I won't let anyone else cut it. She's very knowledgeable and skilled at her craft; more than that, she's got a good eye for what looks best on me, and offers suggestions on how best to cut my hair. She also guides me to the best products for personal grooming. More than only my barber, though, Alexis is a good friend. It's always a pleasure to go in for my haircut. read more
