    NOTE: this company has an F rating by the better business bureau. They have 5 complaints against…read morethem and they have not replied to a single one. This ultimately implies they're in the wrong doing. To begin, Edith was the most pleasant to work with even tho she butchered the Company policy and lied to us delaying the delivery a full week. We've gone two weeks without laundry, going on three. I don't know if she lied or just doesn't know the policy, then perhaps she shouldn't work there. All 4 delivery men had absolutely zero respect and THREW GARBAGE ON OUR DRIVEWAY. Definition of a bum/lazy and disrespectful people. Photo example of a Diakon Logistics delivery below. It's not terrible amount of trash, just the idea they leave it is terrible. Paper instructions and foam packaging, which is a HUGE safety hazard for animals.. still can't believe they Leave garbage in driveway. This is all on video surveillance, which will be handy because the delivery men will probably lie. Andrew: the manager who literally changes the company policy as he speaks. He flip flops like no other. Rationalizes his teams mistakes like a freshman in high school. He comes off aggressive as he makes up policies as he goes on. At first I called and asked to speak with Edith, and he said she never works nights. Oh, but wait, he flip flopped. Later he said she fills in on his days off on Wednesday. Guy kept saying we're trying to reach a solution but it's all talk. He did zero. Nada. He even said we have a confirmation for our old appliance pick up on this upcoming Monday and delivery (finally on the fourth time) on Wednesday when neither me or the Mrs confirmed this. He literally makes stuff up as he goes. Summed up: The Items were not even installed. Delivery man lied 3 times, Edith once regarding the washer doors, confirming they're installed properly when they were. Poor communication. (water connection wouldn't tighten properly... you'd think that's their speciality...installing washers). Fault also is placed on sears for poor handing, but the delivery drivers were not pleasant and made a mess. Just left without telling us how to reschedule, too. We're these dudes literally picked up on the street and told to half ass their job? Do they care about their reputation? UPDATE: Diakon, the delivery men AND the night manager Edith both told me 4 times total that the doors were correct or can be made correct at our home. (I asked the delivery guy 3 times, and he confirmed; Edith confirmed it once). What does this mean? They are either 1) liars 2) stupid and don't know the company policy and what they're doing 3) they lack respect, and 4) a mixture or combination of #1-3. Our water connections had some calcium so they wouldn't even try to loosen or tighten it, they just said they couldn't do it. Anyways, since the delivery man and Edith said the doors were correct or can be changed in the house, the company offered, and we accepted, to keep the machines in the garage since what's the point of hauling it back Andrew, the manager, accuses me of being demeaning because I was upset he lied to me, Edith lied, and all the delivery drivers lied. He sounds very young, like possibly working on his GED good for him, but he is not suitable for this job. People skills are sub par and the compulsive lying simply to place his company in the right, and clearing them if wrong doing is disgusting ALSO: They stressed at least 5 times that they only have 17 minutes per call. Is this proper manners? Sure, that possibly the wanted and desired completion time per customer, but I hardly doubt that is real company policy. So what if someone is just about done installing, but hey, 17 minutes passed. Sorry I can't finish! Another failure by this sketch company. The delivery guys came a SECOND time today, as scheduled, to change the door configuration and instal them finally. As mentioned above, the night manager Edith put me on hold to find out, and she confirmed this model made be configured in home. So, we schedule a delivery day. They come and guess what! Edith lied. Delivery men lied. This model can only be configured in the ware house, and it takes 2 more trips. One to get. One to install. So, this sham of a process took 6+ phone calls to lawyers, sears, and this scam of a company and nothing was accomplished. The manager Andrew blames his driver and does nothing. They litter all over our property and today (Wednesday) delivery guy slams our front door. We have cameras to prove 100% of this and would love to show management. I will he contacting HQ, lawyers, and sears to resolve this issue as this logistics company is lucky to be around based upon how terrible the service is. Literally all four delivery men were bums with absolutely no respect. Complaints have been filed with the BBB. Company HQ and CEO has been contacted. Video surveillance recorded. STAY AWAY - the JV team of movers and installers

    They have zero regard for personal property. They did major damage to my home and sears allows them…read moreto lie and twist things to get out of damage claims. They don't have insurance and will make every excuse to prolonge claims. F rating with bbb and if they deliver to your home you will understand why quickly.
