Everything here is high-quality, and even though the prices are higher than someplace like Payless, you're getting a better deal in the end. I told the clerk why I was there and he immediately said he'd knock 10% off whatever I bought ... because he felt bad about me getting poor-quality shoes from OTHER stores! That pair is going on six months of being worn every single day, and they look just like they did when I bought them. If I'd stuck with one of the chain stores, my second pair would be coming apart at the soles right around now. A classic example of "it costs more and it's absolutely worth it." You will spend much less on shoes over the course of a year if you shop here, and you'll have much less hassle to deal with.

As someone who's been visiting Toledo since college, I had no clue this was even here? From what the internet says, they've been open since 2004. They have a variety of nicer stores and restaurants to choose from with ample parking throughout. The place is clean, well maintained and easy to get in and out of regardless of what you're here for. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of experiences you could have here. Toledo is really trying to revamp their image and I'm glad this place is around. No more Franklin Park Mall for me! (unless it's Dillards, but that's rare.) Thank you to whomever put this outdoor mall here, as it's really a nice addition to a duller part of town.

Threads is Tiffin's only boutique shop! Well all righty then. Lets try this again. Threads Inc. is Tiffins only boutique shop but don't let that scare you off. This place is a real gem! Tucked between other local business's on the edge of town, I wondered into this store after a hair appointment just two doors down. When I opened their door I was transformed into a boutique store that not only offered a variety of jewelry, clothing, fashionable items to shop for but several unique hand crafted items from artist around the country. Their customer service was impeccable, the sales staff was attentive and informative without being pesky. Sales associate Baxter, was absolutely adorable. He made a point of marching right up to me to say hello in his own special way. After a quick shake and pat he had deemed me good enough to shop their and moved on to the next customer. Kelly was also a pleasure to meet. Her passion for fashion and customer service is second to none. She has done a fantastic job of stocking the store with something for everyone. From the quilted Vera Bradley bags in the back of the store to the beautiful Pandora jewelry up front, I knew I was going to leave here with something. However, I had no idea it would be an original hand crafted jewelry box from a London, England born artist. We would never walk into a doctor's office, and expect to be seen, without an appointment; it is the same principle. I might add, it is the same care and concern given. Also, the owners have an incredible amount of stock and hard to fit sizes. If they do not have your size/width, they will order it straight to your home. They do have a return policy. This is not your self-serve factory we have become accustomed to, but it just might be that personalized service we remember as a child. And yes, Jacuzzis was in business way back then, and even before that I encourage you to visit their establishment - with an appointment - especially if your feet hurt or you want to keep them from hurting.
