So I got a regular manicure. I didn't get a hand massage or no oil rubbed on my hands & forearm. My guy was going back and forth between me & another client when he first started with me. It was annoying. I got charged $12 for my manicure. The sign at the front of the shop says women's manicures are $15. My cousin got a regular manicure also & was charged $17. They need to get on one accord. I love my color but I don't think it's going to last til next weekend. I got very fast service. And rushed to the dryer. It was busy because it's Albany State University homecoming this weekend. But homecoming is nothing new & they should have expected the influx of people. I will never go back.

If I could rate this lower, I would…read more I am still not sure what happened between purchasing a Mother's Day gift certificate through the website and my wife attempting to redeem it at the salon, only to be told that the salon does not accept website gift certificates and that it was a scam. I called seeking clarification and was hung up on twice. On the third call, I was told no one in the store could help me and that I would need to call back. When I asked when I should call, I was repeatedly given vague answers until the employee became frustrated, said "11:00 on Sunday," and hung up on me. After hanging up, he proceeded to loudly say multiple vulgar things in Vietnamese to the other four employees in the salon. There were at least four customers present at the time, and everyone in the salon heard it. What I do not understand is how a gift certificate sold through your website is not redeemable at your salon. Before purchasing, I verified the website, address, and phone number, all of which appeared legitimate. The business is also registered with the Georgia Secretary of State under the name Ngoc Le. Even the Google reviews appeared authentic and included responses from the business to both positive and negative feedback. What was meant to be a simple Mother's Day gift turned into disputes with my bank and calls to multiple law enforcement agencies, both where I live and locally in Albany.
