Real Pad Thai not some Chinese soy sauce brown disgusting version. Get a clue and you'll do better business
    Jerry S.

I ordered Pad Thai here yesterday because I love Pad Thai and have eaten it hundreds of times at just as many Thai restaurants and I was very disappointed with what I got. I should have taken a pic of it. This dish was horrible and tasteless it was a brown gloppy mess, I have no idea what is going through the owners mind? Thai food is about freshness and super fresh flavors what I had was absolutely horrible! I'm guessing the ingredients in this dish were just soy sauce and sugar, disgusting I almost threw it away but I was starving and only ate half because it's really bad. I also ordered the fried rice which was tasteless and it had the same consistency of dark brown that the Pad Thai had, NASTY!!! The cooks here need to be taught what real Thai food is and not the hideous concoction that I received. The cook which is the owner I guess needs to relearn how to make Chinese and Thai food. I haven't eaten here in years because the food is gross and I was hoping this would have changed. BTW, wanton soup has some type of filling in the wantons not just wanton dough. I had to go to west branch today and ended up eating at Kue's Thai restaurant which is owned by a Thai family and their food is awesome! I suggest the owner of Lee's go eat there and aske the owners to teach her how to cook. Here is a pic of what my dish of Pad Thai looked like today, fresh, flavorful, and delicious I would recommend the owner of Lee's take their Thai food off the menu because she has no idea what she's doing.

Very polite staff, great food, decent waiting time. The only thing I have to say that is "bad" is they need to put more meat in there entrees. I'll order a princess chicken and only get like 7-8 prices of chicken; Overall a good restaurant though.

I visited this place for the first time April 2021. I have taken into consideration the challenges the industry is facing and the effects of the pandemic in my area. Around here Chinese cuisine is few and far between and compared to the Chinese place in grayling this place is so much better based on my personal criteria however it isn't necessarily better than the buffet in houghton lake. Business seems to be mainly to-go orders and the phone never stops ringing. When we visited the poor pregnant waitress was obviously overworked and seemed to be near to tears at how busy it was with only her and the cook holding down the house. The interior is quite dated and honestly smells musty. Not the cleanest environment as far as dust and such. Lots of potential but seems they don't have dine in guests often. The egg drop soup and oolong hot tea was delicious. I'm used to egg drop soup that is rich in flavor and thick in consistency... not many places up here do it that way. We ordered two appetizers and 1 was to be expected.. crab rangoons. Simple and good. The other appetizer was terrible... it was called fried wontons and we assumed it would be like a fried filled dumpling because most places offer steamed or fried... it was empty! Just fried wrapper. Not good. Boring. No point in ordering. I got almond boneless chicken which was fantastic. Good portion on the lunch size and my mom decided to try a Thai dish... which was okay. Not a lot of flavor... come here for basic Chinese and get it to go! Not impressed but satisfied enough to get take out in the future. I must have deleted the food pics!!! I'll add in next time

Pop was good, soup was great, Crab ragoons were amazing, but once i got my main dish i was very disappointed, it smelt unbearably bad, sewer smell on not only my plate but my partners plate and she ordered a different, dish tried eating as much as could but i just could not... told the waitress this and got told we still had pay even though we ate maybe 4 bites... very dissapointing.

    And it works!

Love the Mongolian beef, pepper steak, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken, all soups, and their service has always been pleasant.
