He gave excuses for three months of why he couldn't make it. He finally came at 10pm and said he ordered the wrong pads and asked FOR MORE MONEY! I told him no and he lost it. He became aggressive and accused me of accusing him of trying to get over. I paid nearly $800 for him to never lay my pads or carpet. He evidently said, "I owe him mileage!" $800 for mileage. I advise everyone to run. I do not recommend his services. Very unprofessional.

My issue is that their estimate (for a small ~100 -140 sf area), which was submitted and was *DOUBLE* the other 3 estimates. And for clarity, the other 3 estimates had "minimums" as well. I simply perceive that their minimum is quite high, relatively speaking. They may very well have done a good job. Again the gentleman who came to review the project certainly was a very kind, gracious, and professional. My review is only to remind you, the customer, to get *multiple* estimates.
