After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! Got the quote by phone with the plan to mail me when they could get to it. Never heard anything for a couple weeks so I called them. Then Renee emailed me one Friday afternoon to see if they could come out Saturday since they had a cancellation, I missed that email. Contacted and got it rescheduled for 6-22 with them to be there at 9:00 am. At 10:00 am I called cause they never called nor showed up only to hear that they could be there within 30 minutes. I was already late for work so I cancelled. I know my job was small in comparison to some of the others that they may have but have the decency to contact any client to let them know that your a) gonna be late or b) not interested in doing the work.
