I shoved it all in and it washed nicely. The washer had instructions clearly labeled and the card machine was easy to use. I didn't know how to get my free fry but the lady there told me. Although I still didn't quite understand why I only got 10 minutes of dry, apparently you have to put the card in again to get more time. Still not sure if you have to wait after the 10 mins is up. Which is what I did and doesn't make a lot of sense now that I think of it. Very quiet, early Sunday morning.

He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

Two things in my order, and somehow that manages to get messed up? I called the store immediately, and the woman I spoke with explained that the belt wasn't at the store, and that they actually don't do the dry cleaning at this location. They farm it out to a place in Merrick. She called over to that store, but they were closed, Busy Bee was closed the following day (Wednesday what the heck!), so she would try to get in touch with me on Thursday. Called again Thursday, apparently the belt was at this location the whole time, and I went to pick it up. Won't ever go back again.
