I've been growing my beard (and hair for that matter) since March 2020 but haven't taken the time to get either trimmed since. Based on the great reviews, I decided to give this place a try and couldn't be happier. Jessica did a great job of reeling in my beard and even offered to do a little trim on my hair to clean it up! The price is super reasonable and booking online was very simple. I will definitely not wait over 2 years to come back to this place! read more

I could not be more pleased. I always have Georgia cut my hair. She is absolutely the best. Hair is always perfect and she is a great conversationalist. Very bright. read more

Brought both of my boys (ages 6 and 1.5) in for a haircut with Noe today. He was awesome! I had kind of managed on my own in the last year at home but they were in need of a proper cut! Noe was great with both of them and really took his time. They both have very different types of hair in both texture and quantity, so it was awesome that he did a great job with both based on what they each needed. We will definitely be coming back! I'm including pics of before and after of both of them. read more

I was looking for a barbershop for a last minute head shave and beard trim today and found Lee's with a Google search. I got in, same day, with no issues. I was able to make an appointment online with clear prices that were held to after the cut. Georgia was super dope and listened to everything I wanted and then followed through. They were kind, quick, and talented. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping in. read more

The only place my Husband and Son go to for a haircut anymore, amazing service and haircuts done to perfection! Can't believe they were going to overpriced chain Hair Salons all those years for more money only to have thier hair never done how they asked, and usually by someone strait out of beauty school. Love that this is an old school Barbershop! Ask for Annie, had her send me some of her work does an amazing job! read more

I've been going to Lee's for 4 years now and let me tell you I would never go anywhere else. Sylvia knows what I like and I've never had a complaint with the haircut I get. I get a 0-2 fade and it looks clean every time. They're under new ownership so they're remodeling and renovating the barbershop. It looks clean and modern so far, and I'm sure there are more renos to come. They've done a great job with keeping the place clean and safe. They've put up barriers between each station and everyone in the shop is wearing a mask. read more

I'm giving this a one star for just being lied to by Jose. I made an appointment and was told to come in when I got there the door was locked, and lights said open. Y'all had other appointments coming to from what he told me. If you were gonna go on lunch close to then could have given a heads up. This is why I called ahead to make sure you had a spot. Waited out front for 20 minutes. Not a sign of life what the heck man. ^^one star only for Jose read more

I'm in the parking lot to get my haircut... Won't go anywhere else- these guys are affordable, quick, and do a solid job on my mop. Highly recommend and will continue to frequent Mike's chair! Get your fade on son! read more

First time here and got a haircut and beard trim. They did a great job and they're cool guys.

Fantastic. Super clean. Great haircut. New owner painted and the place looks great. Will ditch the fancy (overpriced) places in downtown Naperville. Lee's is my new go to place! read more

I'm actually heading over to Lee's now. I've been going since a few other coworkers started going and told me about it. I was new to the area when I heard about them about a year or 2 ago. They are clean, kid friendly and no matter your hair type, they will take care of you. I'm a veteran, so I get $10 Haircuts on Mondays. That's a big plus! read more

This is my second time to this barbershop I'm new to the area and I'm very picky about how my hair is shaved and faded Blanca is amazing she knows what she's doing you could simply show her a picture and show match it exactly and that's what she did last time A+ I recommend to any good yelper out there!! read more

Overpriced for what I was looking for which is what I got done there: 3-1/2 on the sides, trim the top and blend it in. Took about 5 min which is about right and when they told me it cost 20 something dollars almost soiled myself. I haven't paid over $10 for a haircut in my life and was schooled they could charge that much for 5 min of buzzing a few hairs. The lady who did me up was a mute as well..I think this places is more for the guys who need their sh*t tight all the time or want Justin bieber styling done to them...not for the average haircut. I will say that this place did have a pretty cool old school vibe...won't ever go back but it's good to see small businesses doing well read more

This place is so great that I came all the way out to Naperville from downtown Chicago to get my hair mowed! Psych! I had to be in the area on the Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. I was killing a little time at the Starbucks. I remembered that I needed a haircut, and I wanted to be presentable to have some respect for the bird I was looking forward to eating. A quick look at Yelp and - lo and behold, Lee's was just a hop, skip and not even a jump away. Love the old school. Real barber pole, real barber chairs, real lack of atmosphere. My kind of barbershop. I made a little small talk, got my hair mowed to a number 2 length, and went on my merry way. Friendly, capable woman who even remembered to give me back my glasses before she put the mirror up to see the back. The price is cheap, yet a bit (well, six bills) more than my guy in Bridgeport, and he gives a hot lather neck shave. Then again, Naperville ain't Bridgeport; so you gotta pay. Hey, you try finding a lot big enough to tear-down the bungalow and erect a McMansion in Bridgeport! Someone has to support the businesses that help pay for the high taxes for the schools out here! read more

Manly, affordable, and friendly. All the things a good barber shop should be. Since leaving Rick Motta's behind (see my other review), I found Mike. He's got great steady hands, and he does a fine job of cutting and shaving. Incidentally, gentlemen, if you've never had a proper barber shave. . . you should be deeply ashamed of yourself. Like learning to drive or sneaking out of the house (as a wayward teenager) it's a rite of passage. To that end, go visit Mike get a decent haircut. . . followed by an excellent shave. . .and bask in the warm glow of old school manliness. Peace read more

I've been going to this place on and off for over 20 years now. Never left with a bad haircut like the old time barbershop feel. And always took my boys here now they are in their 20s and they are regular customers. That's what makes it's a nice neighborhood spot. read more

I have been going to the same hair stylist since 1999 and have been having a hard time getting an appointment over the last couple months due to a back injury and the fact that she is an hour drive for me. It must have been 7-8 months since my last haircut and I started getting into mullet territory so I knew it was beyond time. I found Lee's through Yelp and went in to get a cut from Mike. I found out they only take cash or check so I had to bail and get some green. I came back, Mike's seat was open, and down I sat. It seemed like only a few minutes and he was done. His suggestion to keep some length on the top looked great and I am definitely satisfied with my experience. If you're in the Naperville/Aurora area, come check this place out! read more

I used to come here all the time and the barbers were always very precise with their cuts. But I recently came here and asked for my usual, which is a 1/2 - 2 fade on the sides and very light trim on the top, keeping it a little under 2 inches length. The fade was great, but she ended up chopping around half of the length of my hair off the top, much more than a minor trim. This was after I made it a point that I keep the top at around 2 inches, but she didn't seem to care about that number. So if you come here, I'd highly recommend that you emphasize what you want multiple times and be very detailed, or they may not listen (although I'm not sure how much more detailed I could've been myself). read more

I've gone here multiple times and always have a good experience. My favorite barber is Barbara, she is always extremely kind and remembers me (even though I come only when I'm in town, 1-2 a year). She listens to what I want and doesn't try to change it, just gives me a great haircut based on what I've told her. HIGHLY recommend! read more

Took my son here to get his haircut. As you might imagine he's pretty particular about his hair (being a teenager). Barbara did a great job and listened to his directions to a T. Great relaxed vibe as well. read more

I work in the Naperville area and was looking for a place to cut my hair. After going on Yelp and looking at what people paid for their hair cuts I was shocked to see people paying upwards of fifty dollars. At Lee's, they do a great job of cutting hair and it is inexpensive (only 16 bucks) and for Naperville, that's a steal. On top of a great, inexpensive hair cut, you also get some great conversation with the barbers. Definitely check this place out. read more

Having recently gotten out of the military I was having trouble to find a barber shop that can cut hair the way I like it. Luckily I found Lee's Barber Shop on yelp and I'm so grateful. They do an outstanding job here and it is exactly the type of place I was looking for. I have had my haircut by every person that works here and every time it was exactly as I wanted, if not better. Not once did I have to ask them to fix or adjust something when they show me in the mirror when they're done. I really like the old barber shop feel this place has too. Plus they have a nice little fridge with beer! As long as I live in the area, I will be coming back. read more

Lee's did not do a great job at all. The lady I went to just pretty much shaved hair without worrying about style. When I walked in, they were also not attentive as if they did not care for your business. I am quite surprised after reading two 5-star opinions. read more

Definitely disagree with Michael F on the price. $18 for a hair cut is definitely reasonable these days for a quality cut! Mike and the other barbers do a nice job every time! I had Mike trim up my groomsmen before my wedding and everyone complimented the guys on how tight the lines were. Overall, great barber shop and definitely better than the cost cutter type places! read more

Found this place after going to many other pricier less consistent shops in the area. This barbershop is easily the best in the Naperville area, and I wish I would have found it sooner. Quality good looking cuts. I have been going here for about three months now and have always gotten a great haircut. It's a friendly environment and they get the job done. I personally go to "Blanca" but I am positive anyone you get can give you the cut you want. This place deserves to be a top spot. read more

Stumbled across Lee's while visiting the area. I'm an active duty Marine and it is next to impossible to find a quality shop outside the proximity of a military installation. Lee's delivered and even offers straight razor facial shaves. The free beer fridge is the icing on the cake. I will definitely be back! read more

Lee's is overall a great place to go. Their haircuts are consistent and precise. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. The even have FREE beer, how can you beat that! I like this place so much that I even brought my 14 year old nephew here for his first "man's haircut at a man's barbershop". Mike always cuts my hair and he's the owner, where do you find that anymore? I just left let's and I paid $18 for a haircut, a couple of beers, and a very lively conversation about fantasy football, worth every penny. Props to Lee's Barber Shop. read more

This place is awesome. There is a cooler with free drinks in it. I've gotten my hair cut by Mike twice now, and he has done a great job both times. Very personable, and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend coming here for a haircut, I know I will be back soon. read more

This placed surprised me. I must have driven past the strip mall dozens of times and never even saw Lee's Barbershop. I am glad I stopped to get a cut. Mike was excellent. He was precise, safe, and meticulous. The place is bigger than you would think from the outside with four chairs. Parking was always a hassle downtown Naperville and this was so easy. I will return! read more
