When she was done, my hair on the sides was not layered and at the top was sticking up. When I pointed it out to her, she just shrugged and I doubt that she even really knows how to cut hair. Last time I got my hair cut at another Great Clips location it was done right, and that hairdresser took about 15-20 minutes to cut my hair. This hairdresser at this location probably took 5 minutes and it shows. I can't believe Great Clips charges $19 for such a shoddy job.
